Zappos First Responder Discounts January 2022

I have been a Zappos customer for years . There customer service is above and beyond . What a fantastic company !!!!

I just bought the coolest house slippers in the world. Sheepskin/suede. They are called "old friend" so very pleased with this product!! My feet say Thank You!!

I ordered shoes a size too big. I realized they were too big when they came. I called zappas and they picked up within 5 seconds. What followed was the most incredible customer service I have experienced. They answered many questions of mine and set up the simplest exchange process. They even ordered the new ones for me with a gift card so I didn’t have too much credit card activity. The woman on the line was very friendly. Best customer service ever!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAPPOS. They use Amazon Logistics for shipping which will LOSE your package. First order Amazon didn't delivery my package then Zappos sent a replacement via Amazon Logistics who promptly didn't deliver the replacement order. AND guess what - they sent a third one using Amazon Logistics after being told not to use that delivery carrier several TIMES. Otherwise, their customer service has been helpful.

I like shopping from them. Authentic products. Fast (I mean it) shipping

I'm surprised to see Zappos with such mediocre reviews here on TrustPilot. I've never had less than an excellent experience with their web site, selection, quality, and customer service.

I have been a regular and loyal zappos shopper pretty much since they opened. Zappos itself is fine, but when they use Amazon shipping (which they use about 80% of the time instead of UPS) I am pretty much guaranteed to receive them late if I receive them at all. Amazon shipping frequently misdelivers my packages, including those from Zappos.

I had purchased a pair of Asics sneakers in April and they were already falling apart in September. I started a live chat with Ally, who walked me through an exchange, with truly the best customer service I've gotten from an online company in a very long time. The whole exchange took about 15 minutes, and because the shoes are already falling apart, I don't even have to send them back! Ally made it super easy and I'm so relieved. I'll get a new pair of shoes and I was treated with respect and cheerfulness. Thanks Zappos and Ally! :)

I absolutely love ZAPPOS! Have been shopping with them for years. Their shipping speed is lightening fast! They back up their shoe guarantee with a 365 return policy. Additionally, returns are free! You can't really beat that policy. Whenever I purchase the wrong size on a particular shoe, ZAPPOS has a great exchange policy. They will ship you a new shoe immediately and give you some time (I believe 10 days) to return the shoe that doesn't fit. Furthermore, every time I've contacted their customer service, I've always received the best support, friendly and helpful. Continue to do what you guys are doing and you will have lifelong customers like myself. I am completely satisfied each time I shop here.You will NOT be disappointed! Give them a try!

For a company that deals in high volume, it doesn't get much better. They've never refused a return from me.
