Wayfair First Responder Discounts January 2022

Our sensor bin broke within 6 months and Wayfair were brilliant and quickly sent us another bin. What more can you ask of customer service.

I've placed about 10 orders with Wayfair over the past month and have been happy with the price and quality.They also have an extensive range.Also, when an order failed to arrive, they replaced it quickly without fuss.

I recently purchased a new statesman fridge freezer and although the service was speedy and the item well packaged the fridge freezer itself had two large dents on the right hand side . I phoned customer services and spoke to a lovely lady called Beverly who was most helpful and very efficient in helping us order a replacement. We uploaded two photos and emailed them to her. We were offered a discount on our original purchase had we decided to keep it but it was not a problem to be given a replacement. Thank you Beverly for your assistance .

Have ordered a few times off Wayfair which offered a good selection of products from budget to higher end goods. So far I have been impressed with the whole process from using the app to buy, and through to delivery, which your kept informed. I Will continue to shop with Wayfair as I have loved goods I have bought.

Ordered a sofa via telephone as had issues with payment online. Excellent customer service from the start! Sofa arrived earlier in the day than anticipated. Well packaged. Easy to assemble. Excellent quality 100% recommend

Have to congratulate Wayfair on their no fuss and automated return system. Ordered some items that were, admittedly badly damaged, and dreading the return process after a terrible experience with Mano Mano (avoid at all costs), and wow, easy, satisfactory and immediate. Will definitely shop again with confidence.

Great service I recently ordered a headboard, which had missing parts. Wayfair was quick to replace and really easy to deal with, will deffo use again, thanks!

I ordered Vinod Steamer Pot Multi Kadai Idli maker from Wayfair. On arrival and inspection found that Kadai handles were misaligned and so the lid did not close properly which would let steam out making it useless.After filling up online return form with photo upload, I made phone call which was connected immediately (not many company has such efficient system and proactive staff) and I spoke to Ricardo, An email was received immediately with return instructions and label to deliver the defective item to a local Hermes pick up point. After delivery to local point, I got message confirming the refund, not even waiting for the item to arrive!I had spoken to Ricardo, customer service advisor to make sure that supplier is informed about this manufacturing fault and ensure that the replacement is without any fault. The new item arrived (with tracking system keeping me updated) as promised without any fault and was very good quality with 2 years manufacturers guarantee. The guarantee requires you to send the completed guarantee form to India which ai have not bothered to send. Vinod should have an online form to complete it as they are selling worldwide.However, I am sure that in case of any issue with the product, Wayfair will honour the guarantee.I highly recommend Wayfair if you are looking for a customer friendly company to buy any product.Very efficient and friendly staff who knows their Job and how to treat the customer with respect.

Ordered a rug and pillows from there, got rug the next day and then the pillow delivered in three days. Have to they were really quick with delivery, beaten estimated date by miles. So I highly recommended these.

I ordered a glass dining table and 4 chairs and they arrived a week later very well packaged and on time.However one of the chairs was broken but once I called them a replacement was sent right away.It took just under a week to arrive.Excellent Service All Round

So recently I've had a very frustrating experience with the company, if they drop prices just after you purchase an item they need you to receive and return the item, they can't just refund you the difference. This feels really unfriendly for the consumer. What bothered me more is that they advertised the price drops to me on Facebook, it's like they where rubbing salt into my wounds non-purposely.To be clear, the customer service where helpful and a solution was provided, but it feels very inconvenient and I really don't want to have to reorder the items because it would take longer to receive them, also they are in limited stock, so I'd have to buy copies before returning the originals, the process in place is bad.If it wasn't for that, this would be 5 star review because the company has really good quality stuff with fresh new designs for items like furniture, which you can't find in other places like Ikea for example. I really could only find what I wanted on their site, and I'm grateful for that.So honestly, I'll continue to order from WayFair, but I will never purchase items outside of certain times of the year when sales are on. I'll also probably mention this experience with my friends and family so they can avoid it.

Efficient, helpful customer serviceSo I placed an order and then 15 minutes later changed my mind about it fitting and being workable so cancelled the order via the website. Unfortunately it couldn't be cancelled and got sent out 48 hours later anyway. This worried me and after reading the reviews here I was thinking I would never see my money again. I called the 0800 1690423 number listed and got through pretty quickly. The lady Schweta was super efficient. Apologised and told me I could set up a free collection after it arrived with DPD. I was still suspicious. The parcel arrived and the collection/return set up went smoothly with another call to Wayfair and the same quick efficient response with Caroline. 24 hours later Hermes have returned it and I have a refund. The item is back in the warehouse. Obviously it would be better to have not sent it out but I can't fault the customer service.

Great service at the critical point of every transaction - the delivery. Dom, kept us fully updated on his ETA from the van - and was polite, helpful and customer oriented throughout. Great experience. Thanks Dom.
