Tractor Supply First Responder Discounts January 2023

Tractor Supply in Terrell, TX has always been my favorite place to shop for farm needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only product shortage appears to be fence panels. Hopefully with Covid on the way out, out supplies will be on the way in.

Nothing special far as pricing or staff knowledge is concerned. Slowest check out lines I've ever seen. Plan on a 15 minute wait to check out as usually only one register is open. I find I have to carefully look over their items before purchasing to make sure they haven't been opened and returned, they like to put returned items back on the shelf and sell them as new, bad business practice. A couple years ago I bought a Zero Turn lawnmower there and when the 'sales associate was loading it on my trailer he ran the forks on the forklift into the side denting it and then laughed about it. Made him take it off and had the store get me a new one. That is real quality in employees there...If you shop there, be aware of their shortcomings and shop with discretion.

Their employees are the most helpful and friendly people of most all stores I go to. They carry their own brand of dog food that my grand dogs love called 4Health. They love it and the prices are amazing!

Had a great experience with Foster Ballard at tractor supply with a very good staff that went above and beyond to help me after his manager was very rude to me and try to rush me out the store. this was at the mustang Oklahoma location. He helped me to resolve the issue and was very patient and helpfulOn the other hand the manager Rio was very rude didn’t spend any time to help me was very blunt and impatient and didn’t spend time to help me to solve the situation. I’m thankful for the other staff foster for being so helpful to ensure customer satisfaction

We recently purchased a Chipper/Shredder at the Mt. Vernon, WA store. Although we had good intentions it turned out to be too large of a "power tool" for us to adequately handle. We wish to thank the store manager (Ben Oliver) for so graciously allowing us to return the product. We appreciate Ben's excellent customer service and we will continue to shop at TSC in Mount Vernon where the employees have always been helpful and friendly.

Excellent Customer Service at the Queen Creek, AZ store. A store that still has real people answering the phone. They had just the item I was looking for. With only one left on the shelf, Lauren the store manager was a real gem. She held it for me in customer service while I drove to get it.

I would like to say that the tractor supply in Great Barrington Ma is a awesome store. Every time my son and I have gone in there it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It is also a very clean store.

Another mediocre corporate experience. Employees are generally courteous and helpful, but to call them a tractor supply store is an oxymoron. If the item is not on sale, pricing is pretty poor. Selection is poor, as well. Bulk pricing is decent, which is the only reason I keep returning. Sad to see them putting better locally owned stores out of business.
