TireRack has never let me down. Their delivery estimates are extremely accurate and their tire selection is by far the best. The website is quick and easy to use as well.Most importantly, I love that every tire purchase comes included with a warranty which has saved me multiple times.

Excellent service and Customer support. I made a purchase and within a few hours I changed my mind and they canceled the order with no Hassle. After that I made another order for some new rims and it came in 3 days all boxed well with the new TPMS installed. The wheels look fantastic and my experience with Tire Rack was exceptional. Also I want to mention their prices are very fair and the choices are endless.

Always GREAT SERVICE from TIRE RACK

After doing a ton of research, I picked out the perfect tires for my car. My mechanic recommended I order them through Tire Rack and have them delivered to their shop for installation. When I went to place the order on Tire Rack, I was given an error message and told to call. I spoke with Cy and he got the order placed for me on 9/28. He said the tires wouldn't be available until 10/2, which was shown on the website, but that the date could also change. That was fine. Cy was pleasant and knowledgeable about those tires. On 10/2 when I went to check the status of my order, the date changed to 10/10 of when they'd be available. On 10/10, the date changed to 10/17. I decided to try and find the tires elsewhere and I did, for approximately the same price as Tire Rack. So I emailed Cy and asked to cancel my order, and to please respond back letting me know the order was canceled and that my card wouldn't be charged. I didn't hear back from him so I emailed their customer service, and asked again to have it canceled and to have a confirmation of that cancellation emailed to me. No response. So I called today and they confirmed it was canceled. I checked the order status on their website and it is showing as canceled, but I really would've liked written confirmation of this like I asked of both Cy and customer service. I am giving Tire Rack 3 stars for their customer service, as it would've been easy for someone to just reply back to my emails. Obviously they had received them because they canceled the order. I'm also concerned that I gave them my credit card info over the phone, which is why I really wanted written confirmation that my card wouldn't be charged. Also, now my order is showing the date the tires will be available is 10/24, but on the tire product page it's showing 10/16. That's a little deceptive.....
