Tillys First Responder Discounts May 2023

I was nervous after I ordered a pair of Adidas that sell for $90 for $35 from Tillys, then I read the reviews and got a pit in my stomach. Thought I’d been scammed again.I signed up for text updates on my package and they sent them frequently. The shoes came today! They are real and they are just as pictured! No issues here. Shipping took awhile but they came from LA and I’m in Kentucky. Also shipping takes awhile from everywhere it seems anymore. I’m not sure what’s happened with everyone else using them but I will absolutely purchase again they have amazing deals! And if you’re really nervous use PayPal so you can dispute if you don’t receive your items.

Always enjoyed shopping there. They put me in debt if that says anything. Lol

Their shipping is slow. The mz Minnesota user below me is still using the race card as a plight. Really disgusting using words like "what's going on in the world for my people" the sooner we stop victimizing ourselves for being different the sooner we can move forward as a whole and the greatest country in this world.

My very first time ordering from Tillys and I have to say that I was somewhat worried and almost backed out after reading other reviews but now since I have ordered, I simply don't understand the reason for those bad reviews I read because I just ordered this week past and already received my order and it was only 3 days ago and my order is perfect, it was a pair of Adidas shoes and they are just as advertised and I still can't believe how fast delivery was. Never anywhere else have I received such fast delivery except for Amazon in 2 days lol but really I'm so satisfied with my experience at tillys and I would like to say that if anyone is on the fence about whether or not to order from Tillys...I say , you will not be disappointed...I mean, my first time ordering from Tillys and it's been great!

Every other review I’ve read says negative things about Tillys, but personally, it worked out great for me. I ordered a pair of Vans, and they shipped super quickly. When I opened them, I realized I ordered the wrong size (it wasn’t their mistake; it was mine). So I called them to ask about returns and the customer service was actually really great. I was able to return it super easily and everything worked fine.

I regularly purchase items online from Tilly's. Orders arrive promptly. Items are well packaged and in good condition.Though I've never needed to rely on it, order return forms are included for easy refunds or exchanges.

I ordered four pairs of sunglasses from Tilly's and for such a simple order it took an inordinate amount of time. Nearly 2 weeks, a time frame I'd expect from a China-based company. The glasses were good quality however and I know they'll last for quite a while. I'd consider ordering from them again, but they aren't highest on my online shopping list.
