I have used this several times now. Picking up play tickets in Manhattan was a challenge due to the fact that I didn't fully read the address. I have game tickets that I can use my phone for. Trusting that process. Call me old fashioned but a printed ticket always seems more secure to me. Perhaps the mishap is user related

No issues from me obviously being an Everton fan for all our home games it’s legal and regulated so if there’s ever any issues the club will sort you out but Obviously we are one of the only clubs sponsored by them I could see this being a disaster for otherS though as twice they messed up and gave me kids tickets but I could upgrade no problem To adult tickets, for away games or other clubs not affiliated with stubhub you wouldn’t be able to do this.

Finding tickets for the event I was looking for was very easy. The whole experience from purchasing to obtaining and using the electronic tickets was awesome. Even when I had a possible concern, a chat with customer service answered all my questions. They even called me on the phone after that chat to make sure I had all the information I needed. I would defiantly use StubHub in the future and recommend them to everyone looking for tickets.

Bought multiple times no issues

I bought tickets to a Bundesliga game and everything went smoothly for me. Got the tickets a few days before and no problems with them. Stub Hub answered questions etc. All fine.

My rating is based on overall experience. I purchased 2 tickets to see The Lumineers 3 days before checking that we were expected to have a snowstorm. In a panic, I searched my options such as, selling the tickets but first and foremost, asking for a refund since I bought the tickets in USD (they would be converted to CAD on my bill). After calling customer service, bad weather is not a valid reason to receive a refund. I truly ask that you be weary of this! I am grateful that the weather was OK enough to drive but still, it was a risky move. I am also grateful that the tickets were not fake as I, again, did not do my research to know that Stubhub resells tickets although you are covered if your tickets are fake.
