I love that Southwest makes it easier for me to make decisions on which outfits to pack due to their flexible luggage fees. Also, being able to select your flight is a greatly appreciated. My Southwest experience has always been smooth arrival and departures.

Our first trip since COVID every employee we interacted with was awesome and had a smile on their face they made us feel like they really cared about us I injured my leg before our return flight they preboarded us and checked on me several times during the flight what a great experience to get us traveling again Thanks Southwest ❤️❤️❤️

Good flight and will do it again

I love Southwest Airlines! It’s been taking forever until we get confirmation of SW flying to Hawaii. The good news is that you can use your points from SW to book with other airlines to fly to Hawaii ! SW still rocks! Cons: unassigned seats, no updates on Hawaii flights, no direct flights from west coast to east coast. Pros; 2 free checked bags, reward points can be used for prizes or flights to Hawaii with other airline

I've flown other airlines with lower fares, but with Southwest you don't pay for all the little 'extras'. With the others the seats didn't recline, and you pay for everything (soda, snacks, and especially LUGGAGE!) Southwest, except for their early check-in offer, does not nickle & dime you the way most other airlines do, and still provides friendly, customer service from check-in, to flight staff, to ticketing issues (thanks again, Lauren!) Just wish they flew into TTN. Oh, and their coffee is pretty good, too.

Southwest is and has always been the BEST airline to ever exist. They have *always* gone above and beyond for not only myself but my family members as well, even when they absolutely did not have to. You cannot beat their prices and the level of customer service they provide is unmatched. The best in the business for sure, they treat you like family. Thank you for everything SWA. I'm a fan for life!

I wanted to acknowledge George who was very patient and kind today when I had to change a total 4 different trips. He was very polite and knowledgeable. When he told me that he return a call to me after checked in several of my requests within 30 minutes, he actually returned the call in less than 30 minutes with all of the answers. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. Kudos to George!!

Needed an emergency one way ticket and they beat all the competitors hands down! Not only did I not have to pay for any luggage but also paying under $90 for a ticket booked 18 hours before the flight was amazing! Easy boarding, easy getting off the plane... I couldn't have ask for a better flight! Plus my luggage took literally 15 minutes to get (the time it took me to get to baggage claim, I waited maybe 2 minutes for both of my bags)! I wish they went more places!!!!

I book wrong flight from Dallas to Ft Lauderdale, it should have been to Orlando . We are going on a cruise boarding at Port Canaveral. Didn't realize this until 2 days before my departure! I was in panic mode , blood pressure rising, I looked at my wife and said "I screwed up". So I called Southwest Airlines and April Castile answer the phone with a very sweet voice , I said I made a boo-boo, I explained I booked wrong flight, the first thing she said "lets see if we can fix this' she ask me for time I needed to be at ship. After checking her compute she said I can get you on a flight to Orlando , your arrival time would be 11 am . I said YES and then she book our return flight back home. April Castile represents what Southwest is all about "Caring for their customers" I know this may not seem like a big deal to most people, but image if it were YOU , this was HUGE mistake and April Castile corrected it . She is amazing , very friendly and cared about helping me . Southwest you have a very special person representing your company. I always fly Southwest out of Lovefield , less hassle than DFW and because of great caring people like April Castile - I am a loyal Southwest customer. I highly recommend this airline. A+ / 5 star airline !
