Scheels First Responder Discounts February 2023

Scheels is such an amazing company! Best customer service ever. The employees go above and beyond to help you find what you need. They even special ordered an item for me and price matched! I’ve had several experiences with them but my favorite is when I was first getting into running and wanted to buy running shoes. An employee named Sunny at the Eau Claire Scheels helped me out. She was so patient with the new runner and brought me several different shoes for this picky girl to try on. She even figured out what kind of strike I had when I ran and found the perfect shoe for me. She was so knowledgeable and had the best personality. I learned a lot of new things about running that day. If you ever have any questions about anything you’re buying from Scheels, know that you are working with experts. Best customer service and so knowledgeable!

Looking at the negative reviews, I wonder what the company's side of the story is on them. My experience has been AMAZING. We are going on a trek from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp in a few months. We were acknowledged the minute we walked into The Colony location, found a department manager, Ivory who has gone out of her way to help us, even giving us status update e-mails every Monday. She has worked with The North Face team members (This was the brand recommended by our tour company) to get us everything we will needed. Some is in stock, some will come in August in time for our trip. I cannot say enough about the level of personal customer service. Simply OUTSTANDING!
