Ralph Lauren First Responder Discounts January 2022

Sent incorrect size. A week after returning the item and reading reviews on here I emailed customer services. They told me my return was received at Feltham 16/9/ but had to go to the main Italian warehouse which due to Brexit will be around 30/09 then I’d get my refund approx 14 days after. Sounded dubious to say the least . Thankfully I have just received my refund today 24/9. Will never chance shopping on this site again and will buy my RL items direct from their store or John Lewis. Hope all others who have left comments on here receive their refunds

I needed a refund and their employee Jason was very efficient and helpful in regards to my return. I was updated and I eventually got my refund in place within the time scale stated on their website.

I recently reviewed a dress as having been sent the wrong size. Duh! My mistake. Ralph Lauren is sent as US sizes. It fits beautifully and the fabric is perfect. Customer service was excellent too. I've deleted the previous review.

Placed 2 orders during their -50% off sales period. Received both orders within 1 week. Items were neatly packed.

Finding products works OK and my next day delivery from Italy to UK worked perfectly, albeit £19.99. However, there is a really annoying feature that keeps pestering me in that the website keeps sending emails saying my basket hasn't been checked out even though it has. When I click on the button (link) in the email it goes to ... an empty shopping basket. It did this twice on my last visit, including a after the shipment was despatched. I told RL about the problem a while back but clearly nothing has been done.

Had an issue with refunds to a gift card and was met with what seemed to be ridiculous terms, however after talking with Gina the situation was resolved instantly and she even emailed me to ensure I had managed to place a new order ok. She is exactly what customer service should look like Thanks

I bought my son a coat, got delivery messed up, they refunded the charge in full. Then sadly was huge, so returned it all at RL's cost. For me they were pretty good.

I frequently buy from Ralph Lauren and the service is among the best I've found online. I order enough to qualify for free delivery and the delivery is really good. The packages arrive by courier and are beautifully packaged. Occasionally I've had to return and it's free and easy - simply stick the supplied returns label on the box and either call ups for free uplift or drop off at a ups uplift point. So easy, hassle free and that's why I continue to buy. I would highly recommend.

Everytime I shop, the products are delivered relatively fast via courier. Items are always top quality and any returns are processed efficiently. Couldn't want more from your online shopping really.One bad note though is the expense of shipping. £9.99 is a hefty price for p&p. Although with a £70 spend you usually get free shipping, there regularly promotion codes for free shipping too, so the £9.99 price can be avoided most of the time.

Really slow delivery! Waited 4 weeks.

Bought two luxury items online during the black Friday sale in November as Christmas gifts. Delivery was free and no extra charge to have both items gift wrapped in boxes with option of personal message. Delivery was prompt via courier and was the correct order, beautifully boxed saved me so much time. I thought the price was already great but customer services emailed me 3 days later to say they made an error that I was only discounted 15% when really I should have been discounted 30%. They credited the difference to my credit card within 5 working days which made more savings for me! They even gave me a promo code so I can have 10% off my next online purchase to apologise. Was blown away!
