Pottery Barn First Responder Discounts May 2023

My wife missed a sale and called them and they helped her get those same items and a pretty discounted price. When an item came slightly defective, they went above and beyond by giving us another discount. It seems like every time we call for some information or for some help they are going above and beyond and helping us. I had read horrible reviews but it's nice to know that it seems like they've shaken things up

Pottery Barn's furniture is a little expensive but extremely well made. I just bought a new kitchen table and chairs and absolutely love them. Very good customer service.

Ordered a glass round table to match a sofa table I’ve had for years. Arrived early and packaged well! I do think PB should post reviews on there website however. Not everyone has a negative experience.

Shipping estimates are grossly inaccurate. They state one thing - you ordered and then weeks later - they tell you it's backordered. The Seagrass collection - splinters!!! And makes tiny tiny splinters in your hands and legs. They did send someone promptly to pick them up and credit.

Ordered a sofa that said “In Stock” on November 14th with a delivery date of December 29th. This was a Christmas present. I kept getting emails saying it would be in the following week. By the beginning of February, when I got another email saying it wouldn’t be in until March, I canceled the original order and reordered each sofa piece separately so it would be in earlier (in February). Absolutely ridiculous that an in stock item would take just as long as a 12 week custom order. This wasn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with “in stock” items. This has happened on a few other occasions where in stock items become backordered as soon as you place the order. If you ordered from Pottery Barn just know you will be waiting for at least 3 months for your in stock item.

I love my new Ava desk. The 3 gentlemen(Juan,T.C.&Sesav) were amazing. They brought it up an inclined driveway & put it together in minutes. They were extremely polite and professional. Tried to send this to William Sonoma reviews as the parent company but could never find a spot to review so hope these gentlemen get to see the message.Helen Findlay 8/8/17

Brilliant furniture pieces and collections. In the last month I have ordered a side table, 2 lamps, and a bench. Fast quick delivery. I never wait more than week for delivery.

I have to say Pottery Barn's furniture is great. Sure, its a little more on the pricey side, but you're paying for quality. I can't stand the furniture warehouses. I usually wait for the sales and their demo sales. I haven't had a furniture piece break on me yet.

I ordered a bed spread on the 1rst and had it on the 4th. That's pretty impressive. I was also pleased with the accuracy of pictures and description. That's important when there are color choices for an item.
