My favorite brand, I'd give them 6-stars if I could!I buy Patagonia gear whenever I can because I know it'll last.Sometimes it's not very trendy, but it's always technical, performs amazingly, and very robust.And sometimes it's also super trendy and cool! I guess that part is really subjective...

I just love the brand for the amazing values they share and quality of products. Last year I bought a hoodie and as I was not amazed at first (part of it is from recycled plastic and first it feels strange) now I can honestly call it my favourite one :)I use it quite often (like it's my "office outfit" - hell yeah IT departments) and it still looks like a brand new one.Delivery from Patagonia Europe was quite fast and the only thing I can complain about is prices which are much higher than in the US.

This company stands by its product. I have a coat I purchased years ago, and twice now it has been repaired by the company and returned in excellent condition. They have honoured their guarantee to a very high standard. In Vancouver, the sales staff are knowledgeable about their products, and I found them very helpful in selecting a new rain jacket at an exceptional price. Generally they have good stock on hand. I cannot ask for more -- a quality product from a local store with an outstanding guarantee -- a rare find in this challenging retail world. I will save my political opinions for other blogs.

Patagonia is such an excellent company. Not only do they make AWESOME products but they truly care about their customers. I've found their customer service is impeccable. I had a wonderful experience with one of their customer service representatives (Hannah K.) and I was so impressed with her knowledge and care about Patagonia customers. They truly care that customers are happy and are given the best service possible. I've been a customer of Patagonia for years and own several pieces, including jackets, sweaters, boxer briefs and socks. Everything is of the highest quality and most of the clothing still looks brand new, despite being a few years older. They also care about their carbon foot print, the planet and recycling. Please consider purchasing your new clothing piece from Patagonia.ALSO, despite the challenges around covid-19, my jacket was shipped in 1 day! I was so surprised.

Always been happy with my bags purchased from Patagonia. If your budget can afford I would go with arcteryx over patagonia.

My husband and I are in awe at the amazing service received from Patagonia. He received a light-weight puffy coat from our kids last Christmas, and due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, he tore the coat in two places. These were 2" long full tears in the middle of the back of the jacket. It's hard to imagine not only HOW Patagonia repaired this, but the fact that they did it for free. The jacket looks perfect. It took just a little over 2 weeks from the day I mailed it until the day the jacket was back in our hands. We will be lifelong loyal customers after this experience and want to thank somebody.

I've been wearing Patagonia clothing for decades (my first purchases were at Great Pacific Ironworks in Ventura, CA--stand-up pants and a rugby shirt in 1977) before the Patagonia label emerged. Since then, I've purchased a variety of items over the years: pants, shirts, jackets, backpack, hat, expedition duffel, long underwear, etc. I've sent a few items back for repair and continue to wear jackets I've had since the late 1980s. I stand by Patagonia's environmental standards and politics. They've set the highest standard in the clothing industry, and when you pay for a Patagonia item, you know that the money is going to support a healthy living for all in the manufacturing and supply chain, plus continued R&D on ways to reduce, re-use and recycle the detritus of the Western world. This is a company that really does walk the walk.

Best customer service ever. My order was lost/stuck in transit. Patagonia filed a claim and shipped another sweater overnight to me! Amazing!!!!! This is how you stay in business.
