Palmetto State Armory First Responder Discounts February 2023

I've been using PSA for almost 7 years, with dozens of orders placed, including FFL transfers. I have never had any type of issue whatsoever. I have recommended PSA to countless others with none of them reporting problems with their orders either. I suspect those giving terrible reviews may have ulterior motives and any negative experiences had are certainly not the norm.

In the past year, I've bought 4 guns from PSA, all shipped to my FFL dealer the next day, with absolutely no complications. Everything I've received from them has been of the highest quality. Their website is well maintained, stock is up to date, and they have an excellent sharable wishlist, and can notify you when out of stock items come in.The only reason I use a competitor at this point is if it's the only place with the item in stock.Prices, btw, are rock bottom. Below manufacturer's own webstores in some cases.

Iv bought 2 guns from them and ammunition at time I wish they had free shipping I would buy more them but normally it only takes two days to get to me once I order so it's great shipping and decently priced not great but okay

I recieved a notice saying that my order has been shipped ! I would hope so since I ordered it a week ago. This was actually fast for them. They can take up to 15 days to send your order that you have paid for. Customers should not have to loan a company money for up to two weeks.The orders should be shipped as soon as they get your money but not with these guys. I dont know what they do with customers money but there should be some sort if investigation because at any given time they are juggling around hundreds of thousands of dollars of money that is not theirs yet. The money is from customer loans to the palmetto state company. It sure would be interesting to find out what they are up to. Forget about covid they have been up to this whatever it is for years way before the bs covid bs. The covid excuse never did fly for anything and especially for whatever the scam is here. That is really my only complaint about them. Their products are good their prices are about inline with the industry so it's just this customer loan thing that irritates me because its not neccessary and its something that they came up with. Ive started to look into other suppliers for the things I order.

Average customer support. Bought few items on Palmetto, not a bad experience. Yall have nice boxes

I’ve bought from PSA multiple times throughout the years. Recently idk what’s been going on with them. They have dead slow customer service who respond to customer inquiries like 10 days later. Shipping times are ridiculous, at least my product made it to me in like 3 weeks. I hate to write a 3 star review but that was my past few recent experiences.

I don't understand the poor reviews .... because i'm a picky & cheap buyer & I've been buying from PSA for a several years , Uppers , lowers , ammo & parts & they are great price wise & customer service . They are my go to on line firearms supplier.....

my experience with PSA was great! I ordered an AR upper receiver. It shipped out in just a couple hours(website says it make take up to 15 days for products to ship). UPS lost the package! I filed a claim with both companies and had a new upper shipped to me in no time! Quality of product is excellent and the customer service could not have been better or easier
