Don't deal with the idiots at GuitarCenter!

i was nervous because, i've never ordered something from US( I am from UK). However, my B.C. Rich with Kerry King's signature. It was delivered on time, well packed and was with signature;)

I recently purchased SD (Seymour Duncan) Invader pickups from Musician's Friend and I thought they sent me a bad set (no reading from the neck pickup). So I had them send me a replacement and I thought they sent me the exact same set so I put them on blast. BUT it turns out that SD puts a capacitor on the Invader neck pickup and as a result your multimeter will not get a reading. The pickups work just fine and Musician's Friend did not make a mistake. I've been using them since 2009 and they've been great.

I've always relied on musicians friend to get the gear, and musical equipment that I need.From studio equipment, to live equip; It's what I need all the time.I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT THEY OPEN UP THEIR STORE BACK IN KANSAS CITY MISSOURI THOUGH.HIGHLY. 1,000000000 other people would agree too. ;)

A friend recommended Musician's Friend to me so I did some comparison shopping for the stuff I wanted. I bought strings for my 6-string & 12-string guitars, a couple of mini tuners, as well as a package of felt picks for my kids' ukeleles.Everything came in a few days and I'm very pleased with the merchandise and Musician's Friend. Even after reading some of the negative reviews, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They cancelled an order without contacting me, an order in which I used a promotional code they sent.Fortunately, there was a relatively painless way to fix everything -even though it wasn't as straight-forward as online shopping must be.

ordered a gift for a friend. He got his AMP in time frame of shipping as promised. quality of product was also good and still working!

2/6/18 I have had good service with Musician Friend and yes I have encountereda couple rude people but I have had many more nice reps to talk and address my issue.A buyer needs to be proactive in what they buy and to understand that you do have 45 days to return and get your money back. It's a great music store and I have have received great on phone secret deals that are not advertised if you buy online. Let the rude people go and keep going and if necessary ask to speak to a higher level supervisor. I never had too.Musician's Friend is still my friend and I just will refuse to deal with a rude inept customer service rep and I won't argue with them but just a "goodbye" I will say as far as your items you buy make sure you explain indetail exactly what you just ordered and get the rep's name and phone extension. You should make sure they send you a UPS tracking order with everything you bought and an invoice of what you paid and of any promotionals you were to receive. It's not hard to fight for your customer rights and you always make your points and arguments substantiated with emails you may receive and ask for emails if there is ever any changes for your self and they are very happy to help you. You just need to know how to assert yourself and work with a representative that listens.
