Lacoste First Responder Discounts June 2023

Recently bought a pair of Lacoste Partner (119) trainers in black. Great looking trainers, great fit and comfortable too. Like them so much I’m going to buy another pair in a different colour. Seen all the bad reviews, not sure why Lacoste aren’t monitoring these and responding, lots of other brands are red hot on looking out for online reviews!

I’ve used their customer service two times and only have good things to say. Very helpful and not from a call centre. They should hire more representatives, though, to decrease wait times.

I do not understand why reviews here for that are so damn bad, I have owned few t-shirts of that matter and it really does matter for me anyway for whatever reason out there. So I do not see anything which should be doable with such. I am completely happy with my purchases.

On December 8, I bought a ladies' bag. Still waiting for shipping details. Pending transaction. Probably my Christmas gift for my girlfriend will not come in time. And I can't contact with customers service. I think I ordered item witch is not on stock.Edit:Finally I've received my shipping details.Ok.. It is a Christmas shopping time and I should be more patience. Pandemic doesn't help. I'll be back with second edit when receive my parcel. For now 3 stars.Edit 2:I received my parcel finally. After 7 days. It is no bad because we've got a Christmas time now. Funny is that my parcel is still preparat to send in UK. French post office don't know what is happening I thing. But I will left a 3 stars. For terrible contact with customer service. We can't send any message with issues.

Well i been couple store in and store is ok i belive atmosphere give back same Pr behind the brand. Quality is way better than compare to Burberry tshirt. I was Coach clothing but now i just buy bodies from Lacost. I have to tell u did not give me high end experince even the packing ... no garment bag even if u pay 500$ for jacket!! They pack like China tow in plastic bag nothing extra what u will this is outstanding like better than nike or adidas. That why presentation is big ,,O,, but how i said quality is best!

I have ordered form these guys quite often and never had any issues. Clothes are all good, service is quite quick, would be nice if they were more consistent with the postage and packaging costs, but all round, really good.
