Jcpenney First Responder Discounts January 2022

We like the mattress we ordered but the delivery they vendored out to Ryder was a scam. The delivery guys refused to take our old mattress and box springs out of our apt. They said it wasn’t included. JC Penney’s said it WAS as we pd for a white glove delivery. Only way we got them to move them was to give them $20 tips each. What a scam.

I absolutely LOVE JCPenney.com! The quality merchandise and awesome discounts are amazing! I always receive my orders on time and appreciate the $10 off any item as a Birthday gift each year. Their clearance items are always great quality and help me dress well for the next year! Thank you JCPenney for making shopping online so convenient and fun! BTW, always save your receipts with any purchase in any grocery or big box store. Put them in an envelope and you will never have a problem with returns. It makes life so much less complicated! Awesome sales! Great online deals. Very unique pieces and they have small sizes!! Maybe others feel it's not great, or cheap mass produced crap, but I really enjoy having rings that fit and don't turn my finger green. Lab created gems are lovely and for a statement piece I bought for myself I couldn't be happier.

I feel like overall the store has a lot to offer, however the jewelry department prices seem to be very steep. I would by jewelry as a last resort.

Great company. I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. I buy all my family’s clothes and products. Never a unresolved problem. Customer service is outstanding. I love J.C. Penney As a Native American racism is alive and well. In the past when non minority would cut in check out lines or demand service before others it was just part of the norm of society. Recently at J.C. Penney customer service seems aware of this racism. My past two visits customer services would not allow the status quo and made non minorities wait their proper turn. NICE. As for the lady who is not happy with my pillow being pulled from JCPenny. Please look at the US. The political parties are no more than organized gangs. No more hatred please . Live in the middle be brave be independent. Peace first then acceptance We can learn to love each other again. TOLERANCE is a fools word.

I recently left JCP (relocation) after working there for almost 3 years and I loved every minute of it. My store and all associates were amazing! I do have one thing to say to JCP Company though. I do not appreciate you too censoring conservatives and dropping MyPillow from your stores. Is this even America anymore? Please review your choices because although I have enjoyed my time with your company, I do not appreciate this. You take pride in being "Inclusive"....What happened here?

I am very happy that they discontinued selling my pillow. That whole Trump fiasco is an embarrassment.

Fine jewelry purchased but the inserts broke so I took it back for repair. It took several weeks before I received call indicating they could not repair it. Then store manager Donna helped me with the refund with no problems.

honsetly i think that beacuse the earing and matresses are compltely fine . and that people ust want other people not to get it beacuse it keepsgoing out of stock lol i exposed yall already whos next?

Took a 12 year old boy in i got him dome soft nlack levis skinny jeans we went in the dressi g room he put them on very nice they are soft the zipper gos up and down nice the fly is soft too. They let us take are time we plan to go again

I took a 8 year old boy there and i wanted to see him in the black levie skinny soft jeans. The lady was very helpful. She gave us a private dressing room. She said i could take my time with him. I had a very goid time in the dressing room

Kudos to JCPenney for their customer service. I spoke with Alex on the phone today to return a few items. I ordered the wrong size. I expected to only be refunded the cost of the items but they actually refunded the shipping cost as well. I think it was extremely generous and I couldn't appreciate it more, especially during these hard times. Thank you JCPenney!!!

I've never shopped with JCP before, but I was looking for a specific gift for Christmas and found a great deal in the Black Friday sale at JCP. I literally have no complaints, I found checkout easy and the item shipped really quickly in perfect contition (It arrived within a week!) I'll definitly consider them again.
