Hulu First Responder Discounts July 2022

I got Hulu a few weeks ago. A good price, and so far, I'm pretty happy with it. I like that it had Adult Swim shows on it. I like Netflix but I really missed Adult Swim. I also like Stephen King's 11/22/63. I was very impressed that they managed to get James Franco! Wow! And the quality is really nice. Very professional looking.Only downfalls I've experienced: Obviously the commercials. However, you can easily upgrade to no commercials and it's not too much more. I actually kind of like the commercials because it makes me feel like I'm watching actual television. But I can see how it annoys other people. The other problem I experienced is that sometimes my boyfriend and I can't get an episode to load. I'm not sure what the problem is. I haven't had the problem on my computer or on my tablet, so maybe it's just the xbox 360 app? Not sure.Overall, I recommend it.

Hulu has a bunch of problems, but it all comes down to what you think of the content. The reason I think Hulu are great is down to one show. The show is brand new, it's called Devs (or should I say DEUS) no spoilers :)This show makes the service great for me, I could end up leaving hulu for netflix or prime, but right now it's got a show that makes me happy. You can do your own research on Devs, but it's written and directed by Alex Garland. This guy is a master director and a great writer. Totally unique talent, when compared to most shows around today. He directed Ex Machina and now Devs is a great addition to that AI futurist genre of entertainment. It raises a lot of personal and global questions, so if that's your sort of thing and you like sci-fi, then I think you'll love Devs and Hulu made it (or Co-made it). I will be checking out more content, apparently there's an Aaron Paul show which is worth watching as well.

The app is horribly slow, but there are hundreds of movies and shows to watch.

Hulu sucks. They’ve been charging me for months no matter what steps I take to tell them I have canceled many months ago and cannot get through to them to quit nickel and diming me for a subscription I don’t use and have canceled multiple times.However, They do take the time and pay for excellent customer service representatives. When I called in tonight and spoke with John, I realized that I am literally willing to pay $7/mo for the rest of my life whether I use the service or not, to support the fact that they care enough to hire enough quality and competent personal to always have someone there to help you as needed. Therefore, although I hold that I believe Hulu to suck (other than the handmaidens tail I watched on my ex boyfriends Hulu acoustic), I am so impressed with their customer service personnel that I told him to continue my subscription which I would never use, purely because they at least do a great job in hiring quality personnel. I appreciate this kind of thing, as should we all. Truth be told, in my opinion, “John” deserves to be ceo of a company that far exceeds one which continues to charge me monthly for a service I canceled 4x, beginning 4 months ago. John will figure it out that’s he’s better than Hulu, will Hulu though? How

Hulu, I understand the ads, but you have to cut back. Vudu and Tubi are free, and has almost identical if not even more diverse and better material, and has less ads than you guys. I am paying monthly for a service that I dont have to pay for and i can get the same and better material for something with half the amount of ads and half as frequent that I get for free.

Hulu plays about 1/3 of the time without issues. Ready to dump the service as soon as I can find programs that I like I to watch on a different service.

Hulu is a good steaming service overall. I do have some feedback on how they can improve. One, stop bleeping out words. We are adult customers and it is infuriating to have shows I pay for censored. Hulu doesn’t mind if the words are demeaning to women like whor*, bitc*, etc. but they bleep out sh**, fu**. Come on people! This drives me crazy and affects the whole experience. Two, what’s up with your posting of some seasons of a show but not all seasons. Even if I’ve seen the previous seasons before, sometimes I’d like to re-watch them or refer back to them. And sometimes, I haven’t seen them at all. Who wants to start watching a series in the middle! Thanks for listening.

I upgraded to the ad free option, there were still ads. Then all of a sudden it stopped working and constantly would have to reset then it would do it again and a lot of times you couldn't get it to work again, this is on multiple TV's in the house, so it's not the tv! It was great at first but has went down hill. I have Disney+, Amazon Prime and Netflix since we don't have cable and I have 5 kids!

Hulu sure does have some great programs! And the site has loads if potential. The issue is it's difficult to rewind and go back to a previous episode. This requires a few extra steps which were not easily found nor adaptable. The site falls short of being able to preform simple tasks to enjoy some basic programing.Hulu
