Dsw First Responder Discounts May 2023

Returned 2 pairs of shoes for a total of $72.50. It is now 11 days later and I still do not have the money back in my checking account. I called customer service line at 1-866-379-7463, the service specialist I spoke with told me I had to talk with the store I returned the items too, as they have 2 computer systems. DSW this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait on my money to be returned to me, computers should be "talking to each other" Unfortunately I still have to wait a few hours before I can get an answer as they store doesn't open until 10amUpdateResolved to my satisfaction

I ordered some air max's then read all the bad reviews. I emailed them and asked to cancel the order because i was nervous. They said it was to late but they would take $5 off which they did. But honestly it was all for nothing. I got brand new shoes (I kept seeing reviews about receiving worn shoes) and it took about 14 days but the shoes were $30 cheaper than they were on Amazon so it was worth the wait.

All of the people at the store & on line care about their customers, a shockingly wonderful thing to feel when so many companies could care less. Just so helpful & even if you’re returning something they are nice to you!! Ty DSW for hiring great employees!!

I love DSW!!! I recently purchased the koolaburra boot for my daughter. And she absolutely loves them! They didn't have them in the store, so the sales associate ordered them online for me right there. As promised, I received them in 4 days. Always great customer service!!!!!

Wow, so I ordered some shoes online while I was in Florida where I live there is no DSW so I really like the store and I ordered a lot of shoes and I was waiting on one pair I never received I thought it was coming Separate, anyway I never got them and almost forgot about it. I emailed them explained what happened and they gave me a refund. I’m heading to Charelstion SC and I will be stopping to by another pair.

#34883701 order idThe quality of these shoes is awful! They are not at all like the photographs. The soles are made of a lightweight styrofoam material and the upper shoes are made of fabric! They are not even comfortable. The shoes I ordered don't even look like what they advertise and they smelled heavily of spray paint a pair of 'boots' smashed up in a ball and wrapped in plastic. When I opened them they were all distorted and out of shape, smelled awful, felt like plastic I contacted customer service on this help Eightƒₒᵤᵣ ƒᵢᵥₑ ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five the company and they allow me to return the shoes I was able to get my dollar back This company misrepresents their merchandise as the quality is nothing like what is depicted on their website. Has super fast shipping, and great coupons. Now for the cons, I have yet to get a pair of shoes that fit properly and sometimes the boxes come banged up.

I love DSW's reward program! I've gotten shoes and accessories for great prices because of it. Ordering online has always been easy and shipping has been fast. My only problem is that I've received shoes that have been tried on (not a big deal, but the protective materials on the shoe were missing).

We ordered a pair of shoes from DSW. The shoes were Clarks Raisie Arlie Loafers. The shoes were of good quality. Nice rubber heals and bottom. But the size was wrong. We contacted DSW and they were very nice. The responded quickly by email (no phone service now). They even paid for my return label. Then they refunded my money in full. Excellent company. 5 stars for me.Marie Slade
