Dillard'S First Responder Discounts January 2022

Dillards will no longer be doing an extra percentage off their clearance items. Looks like they will be losing alot of business, I know I won't shop there as ofter. By the way I am a Elite Card Member!!

Other big department store chains in the USA will send you things that look worn. I quit buying from one when the makeup gift for a family member was mailed from a physical store, the eye pencil looking really tiny, used, and chewed up as if returned after months of use. Dillards has never done that to myself or anyone I know. We get fresh, new shoes and products. They don't stock some of the high end items other fancier department stores do, but much of their inventory is really fun stuff and lots of people think the shoes I buy here are expensive anyway when paired with the right clothes. Wish they carried lots of Adidas for women because I would exclusively shop at Dillards.com.

It is nice to still be able to walk into a store and receive good old fashioned customer service and attention. Clearwater is amazing and Anabelle is a rockstar!

I was afraid in the beginning after all these bad reviews..my experience was perfect... I ordered two pairs of shoes..from usa to greece only 4 days via dhl express.. really worth it..i will buy again for sure.

This review is for The Dillards store in Arlington,Tx at The Parks Mall. In the Cosmetic department My Aunt and I were helped by the employee named C.C. She was absolutely the Best!! Very sweet and helped us with everything we needed to get for Clinique.

Nesha Guiang, Bridge Specialist, Ladies Apparel at Chapel Hills Mall, Colorado Springs provided excellent guidance in selecting clothing for a formal event. She identified clothing well-suited to the event, my age and body type. Her positive, knowledgeable approach gave me confidence in the Eileen Fisher purchase.

They were prompt to answer the phone which I liked but I bought 2 pairs of ugg gloves at 75! Per pair . Wore once and the seem popped open on one. They want me to pay 8.50$ to return and that’s quite annoying. Just want a new pair that didn’t rip the first time I put them on. I called 5 days after getting them

I just went to Dillard’s January 17, 2020 and wanted to find a blouse to wear to a party. I had no idea what I wanted and was approached by a middle aged woman. I explained to her that I really didn’t know what I wanted but it needed to be tasteful and sexy. She brought many items to the dressing room, many that I would have never chosen for myself and they all looked great on me! They may not have all fit right but they were great for my coloring. I was very pleasantly surprised. I ended up buying what I needed for the party I was attending and another piece that she had on and it was cute. Again, I didn’t think it’d look good but I was very happy. The clerk took her time and was very patient with me. Where I live they don’t have Dillard’s so when I go to a city/state that does, I go crazy there. Dillard’s is one of my favorite stores!!!

Incredible customer service. A salesman in the shoe department was rude to my mom and I while Christmas shopping and 2 days later I received a call from the manager saying other employees had witnessed what happened and that they were incredibly sorry and the associate had been reprimanded and then proceeded to send me a very nice gift basket to apologize. I couldnt believe how attentive the rest of the staff were and how apologetic they were for what was an incident that I had hardly remembered. Be warned that if you buy something on sale you likely cant return it and that usually they will only give you store credit in exchange for most returns. But overall an excellent place to shop.

Disappointed so far emailed as would like to have some cream shipped to me but can't buy online you have to contact customer service which I have done no reply after 5 days.

I went to Dillard's Christmas event last night for the first time. That was incredible. I saw that all customers and employees were very happy and excited. My sister won a beautiful basket for children and I won a beautiful sweater. We had a great time. Bought myself some rather jacket and a bag. Prices were a bit high compared to other stores but the quality of the items is fantastic. No complaints

I ordered dresses from Dillard’s and they split up my order prompting my credit card company to send me an alert. After this creative way to bill, because the dresses were coming from different stores and the stores bill separately and don’t communicate with each other, I had to cancel my card and it was difficult to resolve the order issues. Dillard’s did refund my account but I’m nervous to order anything else. Customer service was very good.
