Coach First Responder Discounts January 2022

I ordered a bag online in the sale last Tuesday - with a whopping discount of just over £ 100. Stupidly, I only then checked out Trustpilot and saw all these aweful reviews. I was worried ... especially when Coach claimed to have shipped my order with DPD and the tracking number showed that DPD was still waiting to receive my order from Coach from Wednesday through to Friday; at the same time, the Coach site was saying that estimated delivery was Friday! When I contacted Coach on Friday, they told me that my order was coming from their warehouse in the Netherlands, had been undergoing customs clearance and then my shipping info would be updated. Went to bed still feeling a bit "off". However, woke up this morning to find that my order had cleared customs and was on its way to me! It was delivered today with a one hour timeslot and was in perfect condition. So, ordered on Tuesday and received on Saturday! My only criticism is that Coach's shipping info could have been a lot clearer ... Especially important because of its poor Trustpilot score. Hope this review helps other UK buyers.
