I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews. I have got the Alo mats, high-waist biker shorts, delight bralette, airlift bra, high-waist 4 pocket utility leggings etc and very happy with the purchases. The outfits are flattering to the body. The colours and the style are prettier than what you may find on Lululemon.Now their EU store is open, the delivery to Germany is super fast. I ordered from the US shop back in March (when the EU store didn't exist) and it took about 7 days - so, even that was fine.The prices are rather premium, but I usually wait for the Black Friday promotions (20% off sitewide, 70% off sale in 2021) or if you have the Alo Moves membership you also get a one-off discount.

PLUS it has actually functional, deep pockets with zippers unlike a lot of other jackets in this style, which either have pockets with no closure at all or very shallow ones.Price to value:I rarely shop at luxury brands, but after searching for ages for a perfect fuzzy jacket in H&Ms and Bershkas and not finding the right fit/style I thought maybe I should treat myself and get an upper level jacket. And I think it was totally worth it, because this jacket met all of the requirements that I was searching for.RETURNS & CUSTOMER CAREDidn’t get to experience the customer service, because I didn’t want to return the jacket/had any issues, so unfortunately can’t confirm nor deny whether it’s as bad as other reviews state. Read their conditions in advance, because the returns aren’t really free unless you are in the US.

For the price you are paying I was expecting a little bit more oompf. I had to pay taxes before receiving the product

I’ve been ordering Alo products for a few years and have never been disappointed for the most part. Their leggings fit wonderfully, however I just received another pair of airbrush leggings today and sadly I feel the material is slightly different and after getting caught lightly on something a tiny hole tore in the leg, which has never happened before .

Very happy with the leggings I ordered. Been using them for months now and it's still the same quality as when I bought it new. Would probably buy again especially if there's a sale!

I placed an order in April. I received a free gift it said in May but have not received my order. I have emailed them several time and the keep saying I can return it. Either they don’t understand English or they are not understanding that what I received was not what I ordered. I have my credit card company filing a refund with them now. I am very skeptical on ordering anything online now from companies like this and international.

I love their styles, but clothes don’t wash very well (always on delicate cycle, no tumble dryer). They always come sooo soft but start to shed after the first wash. The shipping is extremely fast, even to EU, and I love how they calculate taxes in advance, but due to the fact they’re overseas and I have to pay tax and customs fees, the prices get ridiculous and it’s almost impossible to return anything. The clothes are definitely overpriced, but I generally like them.

I'm really perplexed by the poor reviews. I've bought from Alo twice now and both times the shipping has been extremely fast almost like they airdropped it to my house. It ships from California and got to Canada the next day.Also, the quality has been good, the moto sweat pants I got on sale are super soft and detailed, hats are good quality and feel sturdy (not flimsy like some other brands), and the skirt I just got fits perfectly. Perhaps some of their leggings are more hit or miss according to the reviews here. But I've personally have had nothing but a good experience.

Surprised by the bad rewievs! Never had any problems with delivery or quality of items/sizing. The Alosoft tights are the best in the world and I don’t mind paying extra since they are high quality and last for years. Also delivery is faster than when I order within the country (I live in Europe). Highly recommend!

I'm surprised people are complaining about poor customer service. I ordered a pair of sweatpants which were defective and wrote to them complaining of the issue. They wrote back asking me to send photos which I did. I received store credit by having a voucher emailed to me. Have been a customer for 3 years and always received good service. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to get this level of service.

Order came in only 1.5 days from US to Ireland. Incredible quality, no difference between what you see on the website and the reality. I wasn't expecting that much a fast delivery, it's beyond expectations. And the design is quite motivating to practice more yoga and stay healthier.

I purchase Alo leggings, crop top and a jumper. Given that goods were dispatched from USA to UK it was all super fast. Sure, there was the added tax for shipment overseas, but even with that the prices were good. I received the clothes today and the quality is amazing! This brand, sustainable and ethical, is able to combine those qualities with style.Overall, I would highly recommend!

I own about 8 pairs of Alo leggings - they may look more expensive but I wear them day in day out for work, rest and gym - they NEVER wear out. Cost per wear must be in about 0.5p/c by now!!The fit is great, the fabric is first class (and Ive tried every "luxury" work out brand going.) The leggings are genuinely the only squat proof ones I've found. I wear a Medium and they never fall down, the high waisted style is great. The Moto is my fave, I have 6 pairs.Ive had a couple of Alo tops, bras, hoodies etc - fitted tops come up a little small but again - great fabric. Mesh is great, it never gets holey!I went to visit the Soho store in NYC and it was great, chatty friendly, not pushy and very helpful service.I kinda want Alo to stay a bit secret in the UK, because I don't want to see every other person wearing my Moto leggings - but all the negative reviews made me cross and confused.They replaced a pair for me once without a single quibble - and let me keep the faulty pair as well.I also got my free very useful gymbag when I visited the store last year - the store is beautiful by the way, a haven of design and tranquility - I'll definitely be back.

I'm shocked at all the negative reviews! I've never had this sort of experience with Alo. I've always had super quick shipping and I have been able to get into contact with very nice customer service which solved a question of mine. I think it's an overall great brand although it's strange that you can no longer post reviews on their website...really shady.
