Very high level customer support. Nothing is too difficult.

I have been an Adobe Photoshop user for more than 15 years now. It is by far the most powerful image editing and retouch suit. I have tried a few. Program is very powerful. Yes the subscription I am not fond of and would prefer a one time payment like it was before but as I make money as a photographer the time saved vs other options is worth the investment. There are now other products that are getting better on the market so they should keep innovating if they want to retain their clients. So far I am with them and all in all happy.

Adobe programs are amazing, next level even. However they can be a bit cheeky with their subscribtions, cancellation fees etc...I spoke to a 'Mayur' who was able to help me out massively! Cancelled my sub and waivered the cancellation fee as I've used Adobe a lot in the past. Thanks Mayur!

I signed my daughter up for a student account. She is 14 and only used the product 1 day. We forgot to cancel and 3 months later I remembered to do so. I was notified by the system that I would be charged a 2 month cancellation fee. Long story short it took me 30 mins to go through the customer service experience, but thankfully they agreed to refund the last 2 months of service and the $40 cancellation fee. I have reasonable assurace from them that they will actually follow through and unless you get an update from me, you can be assured that I actually got the refund... thank you adobe for not being shady like other reviewers have reported... it seems you are improving... thank you!

There is no point is blaming the company when you sign up without reading the terms and Conditions.Adobe Is one Of the best Company and has better term from it's competitors in market. They offer you 14 days time to cancel the services with refund no Question asked. I have got best experience with them and worst from other Company.

I mainly use Photoshop from Adobe and am a big fan. The software is versatile and fully featured. When combined with a tablet, it gets really fun.Felt compelled to add a review after the update with Object Select. It's a great tool, not all the way there yet, but eases a lot of daily tasks when isolating certain parts of images (especially for getting unique elements for photobashing).

I'm satisfied with the service but the prices could be fairer.

I'm so disgusted with this product. I have always been a fan but here lately with the "Not responding" I'm about ready to ask the boss for a new program.

Been using Adobe products since the late 90's and they really got increasingly rubbish the past ca. 5-6 years. Unstable, bad updates, unintuitive UI, forced to buy the whole pack for yearly subscriptions etcetc.At the point now y something where I just hope the company will go away and be replaced better.
