I was worried after I read the reviews; but, ordered anyway. I got the part I needed at a fair price and was delivered as promised! Would do business with PartsIPS again!!

Update 11-29-18 I just got my parts in the 4 items that I ordered are all correct and to be honest I cross referenced from sears parts direct to make sure what I was ordering was right and yeah everything was. The prices are half of what I would have spent elsewhere so bottom line is if you can wait about 1 month for parts this is a good option. (Original post) No customer service no emails telling me when my order will ship no nothing I waited almost 2 weeks then called the guy said he would call me back and then never did. I emailed asking about my order and never received a response. When I finally called again the guy told me some things were on back order and would call me next week to tell me when my stuff will be sent so yeah 1 month out and still not a actual date of when I’ll receive my items. Never again will I do business with this company

First time with PartsIPS - have nothing to say but good things about my experience. The two(2) parts that I ordered for my Amana washing machine came within one(1) week - exactly what I ordered and what I needed and as described in your website - also the lowest price on the internet. Look forward to dealing with PartsIPS in the future.

I ordered a washing machine part yesterday and was waiting on a response from the people since I did email them later on to see when my part may ship out but I still haven't heard anything. I called and I would get a busy signal but this evening I called and it rung and then started having a busy signal. Going to contact my credit card company and get my money back. I honestly believe this company could be a SCAM ! UPDATE : I finally got an email delivered to my inbox around 4 AM 2 days after I ordered my part saying my order has been shipped and has my UPS tracking no. in it. Suppose to be delivered by the end of the day on 03/05/2018. We will see if it does and when I get the part put on my washing machine then I will update and tell how well it works with the part I ordered and possibly change the rating a little more higher. My first rating I gave them a 1 star then with my update I gave them a 3 star rating.

I, like others, purchased first and then read the reviews, which caused me some concern. Then I got worried because I saw they charged my card, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited a few days, called once to try to confirm (the call went unanswered, but then a day later I received a box of parts that was exactly what I ordered. The correct parts, in brand new condition, shipped clearly from the OEM manufacturer. So I don't know if I just got lucky, but partsips managed to deliver a part that was out of stock/backordered at every other supplier I could find, and did so quickly and for a good price. Sure, the communication could have been better and had me concerned, but at the end of the day my dishwasher is working again and my wife is happy, so I call that a win.

So I ordered a fridge door shelve, 2 plastic shelve inserts and a new fruits tray all for my fridge that had broken over time due to wife and kids. The price was roughly half of the parts off of legit sites like Amazon etc. I checked and rechecked to make sure I had the right part numbers. I placed my order and then found all these reviews. I figured I'd been scammed and was out a hundred bucks. It took like 2 months for the parts to arrive so long in fact I forgot I had made the order. Then a giant box showed up with all the parts. They all fit my fridge perfectly and I'm a happy camper.

I found Partsips to have the best price among several competitors. I placed my order on Friday evening, and my parts were delivered Wednesday afternoon. I will be a return customer.

I was cautious about ordering from this website because of the other (very negative!) reviews, but I determined that the amazing price was worth the risk. And it was! I received the replacement glass top for my Jenn Air range 2 days after ordering. And as I said, the price was by far the best I could find. As with any website there will be a mix of experiences, but mine was very positive.
