Monoprice Free Shipping Codes May 2023

My brother-in-law introduced me to Monoprice many years ago and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought HDMI cables, headphones, portable charges and charging cables and their products stand up to the high end brands and at a better price point and the quality is superior. Monoprice stands behind every product they sell and I’m never afraid to buy their products.

First-time buyer and I'm just floored by the excellence of this company's service and their product. The quality of the sound for this price cannot be beaten. Plus, they have a generous and easy warranty that allowed me to quickly replace my headphones in time for an important project. Customer service is attentive and swift. I highly recommend them and will buy from them again.

I've never had a bad cable from Monoprice nor a bad anything. To this five star rating I now add customer service. I ordered a cable and was told it had shipped. I have no doubt that it had however it never arrived. I contacted Monoprice to confirm that it had been shipped and they concluded it had gone lost and not only sent me a new cable, sent it FedEx. This is a class organization, one I can highly recommend.

First off, Monoprice had the smokin' deal on the monitor mounts I wanted. Even better was they they were both available with free shipping, so DOUBLE SCORE. One got lost between UPS and USPS (not Monoprice's fault), and when the package appeared to have gone into limbo, they shipped me out another one and it got there in a day. They stand behind their customers, no doubt about it.

I ordered a MP Mini Delta V2. Shipping said 1-2 business days. 1-2 business days come, and it hasn't shipped. So I contact them. They say they have delays, but it should ship that day. It doesn't ship that day. I contact them again a few days later, and they say it should ship that day. It still doesn't. I still haven't gotten my product. Right now I have $200 in limbo with them. Disappointed.Edit: It's been a week since I ordered it. No tracking number yet. Contacted them multiple times through email, and I have gotten no response. I have used their contact form, and got nothing back. I have emailed the escalations email and haven't heard back. Is anyone even checking the email?EDIT 2: Got in touch with someone on the live chat, and they apologized for the delay, and gave a tracking number, saying it would ship today.

I've purchased countless cables, etc from Monoprice, and have always had great experiences. You can't beat that prices, and the cables themselves have proven to be of very good quality. Highly recommended!

i have been impressed with the people that I have chatted with but less so in my interactions through email. The tech I seem to get each time diagnosed my problem as being the board in my printer has failed. But in my dealings with customer service, it seems to take a while and there is almost always a request for more information or or in my case the information being in the wrong file type. This has been made more difficult because it purchased my printer through Amazon. My printer has been down for a month.I do realize that I have issues that make it difficult to communicate through this but

I have never purchase from monoprice before, this was my first experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from them unless they want it to be a 2 month experience. I ordered a tv mount for above our fireplace. We received the item, there were not instructions or a packing list included but we started to assemble the mount from some online instructions we found. After we started assembly, we discovered one large piece used on the tv for mounting was missing. There should have been two and instead was only one. I contacted monoprice to see if they could ship the missing part. Instead of taking care of it they told me they would issue a one time return shipping label for me to send it all back in order to get a new mount. I will have to unassemble what we have done, get the mount shipped back to them (amid a pandemic and stay at home), wait for them to receive it and check the item, and then wait for them to resend a new tv mount, and then reassemble the entire tv mount. This is so ridiculous, it is their fault for not enclosing all the items, one would think they would want to go above and beyond to rectify it. But they want me to go out of my way when it wasn't my fault they cant make sure to enclose all the pieces or even a list of what should be included.UPDATE: Paul reached out to me personally to apologize, he has since overnighted a new tv mount, and supplied a pre-paid label to return the original mount. The day the new mount arrived, Paul called to confirm I received it. Paul really turned everything around and I was very appreciative of the customer support he provided.
