I brought all new kitchen appliances from Sears. From purchasing to delivery to one minor repair we only received top notch service. We are very happy that we went with Sears.

We bought our dream refrigerator from our local Sears store. Our salesman, Doug helped to guide us through the process, staying after closing to satisfy our needs. A few weeks later, we decided that we needed the rest of the ensemble (stove, dishwasher, microwave). We ordered on-line, to save time. It actually took us longer on-line. On-line delivery is not as easy to use, as well. The local delivery crew has been very professional and efficient. On-line delivery must be talking from another country, from poor quality phones, as it is difficult to hear and understand them. And don't try to change the appointment. "it cannot be done". All in all, we are very pleased with Sears. Wish the On-line delivery system was more customer-friendly.

I so hope that Sears doesn't go out of business, because I've been a loyal customer for so many years that I used to order out of their catalogs. I still go there for all of my appliance shopping but, also, love their selection of clothing!

Sears Outlet has the best deals!! I purchased my king-size mattress, washer, dryer, and fridge from the online outlet. The prices can't be beat. I purchased the extended warranty and haven't had a single problem. I would buy again and again.

Come on now, Sears was the 1st company to ever make catalog shopping possible for the people. Once upon a Time you could even purchase land from Sears. It's tradition is a part of our history & the way our society has evolved when looking at our economic transformations. I've always had a pleasant experience shopping with Sears. Customer service has always been helpful. Also, Craftsman isn't too shabby of a tool brand. Made well & a good warranty. I hope to see Sears still around in my old age.

I can't say enough about employee assistance. I had a very complex problem with a mattress return and Kummy did everything she possibly could to resolve the problem. She called Mary Lou and she also took the time to research all that had taken place constantly reassuring me. I would definitely give a 5 star rating to these two very capable, knowledgeable and personable employees. I am a very grateful Sears shopper.

Sears is a good place to go buy clothes for the different back to school supplies. Here they always have coupons. They also have good rebates.From time to time they offer special promotions. I wish pay day was tomorrow to go by Sears and buy more clothes.
