I am so confused by the handful of bad reviews... I am obsessed with this company and the products. I have bought both the large and mini tote and have loved them both. The design is minimalistic, the brand is women-run, and they use vegan materials. I have never had a bad customer service or shipping experience.

I love the Nura as my new wallet! It fits perfectly in my coat pockets and is the perfect accent to any outfit. It makes going to the grocery store feel classy :) I had a great experience with the website, checkout process and delivery. I look forward to getting the zippered tote in the future. I am pleased to say that I have now received the Travel Jewellery Box and oh my gosh it is beautiful! If I had been aware of how long it can take, I would have been happy to wait for as long as it took. It was definitely worth the wait! The colour is to die for, its lightweight and perfect as a travel jewellery box. The product is FIVE STAR worthy. 4 stars only because of the problems with the shipping company. My main reason for going to SAMARA was for what the brand stood for, mainly to support the great work the founder is doing for "The Soular Backpack and of course the fact that the products are gorgeous had something to do with it too! ;-)I had previously written a bad review due to being frustrated with the customer service and got rather worked up as I had read another review in line with what I was experiencing (below). I then got worried as to whether I would even receive the bag so thought writing the review may be my only way to get a response. After some back and fourth the founder herself responded to me, apologising for the delay. She expressed that they were trying their best but as they are a small start up (a two man team), they are having some growing pains. As a goodwill gesture she is also offered to send me a FREE mini.Upon reflection and having been in a similar position, I understand it can be really difficult to be perfect in all areas when you are starting up and I don't think anyone should be penalised for some set backs - as long as they are trying their best. To the team at SAMARA - thank you for resolving the issue as you did and I am sorry if I came on a little strong aswell. The product is stunning and will definitely be coming back for more. To any potential customers - GO FOR IT - you will not regret it! Just make sure you read the information on the shipping and returns page for their shipping terms and conditions so you are well aware of how long it takes to receive the product in your respective countries. I promise you, it is worth the wait!

I bought the overshoulder bag and got a free jewelry box with it. Shipping took about a month but was worth the wait. Great quality of the material (vegan leather), beautiful minimalist design and supporting a good cause too! I was a bit dissapointed by the size of the overshoulder bag, I thought it would have been bigger, but I now think this bag will force me to not carry as much as I am used to, which is a good thing!

I bought a Samara black Tote bag and it arrived today. She's gorgeous !!! Even more beautiful than I expected. I am really happy to have such a beautiful object that did not cost any animal suffering, thank you!

I bought the Rahdi weekender as a gift for my girlfriend a while back and she loved the quality of it and the color. Their team also helped me change my address after i placed the order (put in my old address by accident from auto complete) so that my order wouldn't get delivered to the wrong place. Overall great experience.

I love that it’s a brand that’s not so well known to leave people curious about its maker and origin story. Love an accessory that’s a starting off point for a conversation. I love this brand and everything they stand for. You can tell the amount of time and care put into every product, they are amazing quality! I have the mini and the laptop case and I bring them everywhere with me. Will definitely be trying more of their bags
