I was a little concerned about ordering from Rose Bikes having read the reviews, but they were the only place I could find the parts I needed. The service and speed of delivery was amazing. The brake set arrived in 4 days, with updates as to the progress of my order. I am still waiting for a part I ordered from one of the “reputable” UK based cycle stores....3 weeks! I would recommend Rose Bikes. Great prices and really great service.

I've seen some bad reviews but my order was placed and 3 days later my parcel was received 3 days later by UPS. I bought 2 x 950ml Elite water bottles with dust caps that I just couldn't get in the UK. Fast delivery, very good price and reasonable delivery costs. Thank you Rosebikes

The status of my order was misleading all the time, but I received the bike in 5 weeks instead of the expected 10. It arrived in the wrong color which I reported immediately and got a very generous offer as an apology. I guess the processes inside Rosebikes are a bit chaotic, but in the end, after several emails that addressed rather technical issues than the lack of customer service, I got what I wanted faster than expected. From my experience, I can recommend the store.

I ordered a couple of products off their website. I have never bought outside the country before and found the whole experience very easy. Always kept me informed through emails, products easily traceable.I used the option to have both items delivered at the same time so was surprised to receive a 2nd email confirmation of a 2nd package with the same items being sent whilst waiting for my 1st package. They sent them separately. I hope leaving the E.U. will not have an effect using this company as I would have no hesitation in using them again

Great experience, and decent delivery time, taking into account the problems with cargo services at the moment in the world.

There are better suppliers out there.... Slow to deliver and poor communications.My biggest gripe is the NON RETAIL PACKAING, and none of the normal retail tools included (spacers, bleed blocks etc). It just meant more faff that i didn't need. That's clearly where they are making their savings....Last choice for online bike bits now, even with their prices are good.

So i bought my bike from Rose 9month ago, it arrived in the specified time, so all good.Unfortunately it had scratches from transport so i reported that to Rose and got offered a voucher plus also the needed paint to fix. Perfect i would say for me. After 8 month the derailleur stopped shifting unregularly and no shop could figure out why or fix. SRAM send me to Rose for fixing, checking. Now here is why only four stars. It took Rose 4weeks and several escalations fro my side to even respond at all. That was poor service.In the end the shipped me a new derailleur and took the old one back so happy customer in the end. If next t time i get a feedback in a normal time span without having to escalate i would say 5 stars

Now we need to remember we Brits are buying from a German company. How many of you speak fluent German? Thought so, not many of us. So the fact that contacting Rose and speaking to them in English puts us to shame. Their website is easy to use and picking the bike you want with the components you want is a doddle. Once I had picked the right sized bike and components, I was in formed the bike would be 2 weeks to build and then it would be shipped. Low and behold 3 weeks later I am cycling 110km on its maiden voyage. I am unable to recall anything that annoyed me about them and have no complaints about Rose considering they are based in another country who speak a different language.
