I have been a satisfied customer for years. There is a knack to getting popular products. Get in first and fast that's the clue. Oh and always take the postage into consideration. Having said that the savings on beauty and cosmetics is wonderful.

My wife and I have shopped with QVC for many years, buying all sorts of items from household cleaning products to jewellery, home security cameras to fashion accessories. I can truthfully say that we have never had any problems with them. Every product they sell is thoroughly and genuinely demonstrated on the television, and comes with an absolutely no-quibble 30-day-return guarantee. Over the years we've only had to return a very few items, but their customer service is excellent and a refund is made for the product immediately and without question. Some of their products may be a little expensive, but every item we've ever bought has been of top quality and exactly as described. In my opinion QVC is the best television shopping channel available, and completely justifies five stars.

I've read so many bad reviews about QVC! WoW! I've been a customer before they change their name from CVN to QVC. In all my experiences, I have had very few complaints. Not only did QVC handle my few discrepancies. The products I've received over the years has been above and beyond excellent. Sure, I've had my times when I was not able to order. However, it was of no fault of QVC. I fell behind on my easy payments, in turn, was not able to order. This is the policy. Nothing that was not disclosed by QVC. Buy the product, if not satisfied, send it back for a refund. I've done this without any problems. I got a refund or a credit to my QVC account. If something was missing. They sent me a replacement, without hesitation. I have nothing but good things to say about QVC. I agree, some of the prices have gone up, however, if you're not pleased, don't buy. I have shopped in the brick and mature stores. QVC prices are very good for most of their product. QVC has allowed me to purchase items whereas I could not otherwise afford it. So yes! Very please. No complaints. I my opinion,QVC is just as their logo states ... You get Qaulity..Value..and Convience from thier Netowrk. Oh! and never had a problem with customer service! The easy payment don't even hurt..lol ither. And that my fellow reviewers is my take on QVC! :)

I haven’t had any problems with the items that I’ve ordered. The products have always been of great quality. The ordering process always felt safe and secure. The prices are a bit high; and, sometimes I don’t get enough “easy pays” to make it easy for me to purchase something that I really need or want. Overall, it’s a good company. I just wish that they would lower some of the prices or give more “easy pay” options.

I have spent thousands & thousands of dollars at this site for the past many years and still have yet to be disappointed with quality, price, delivery or return policies.

I have been a customer of QVC for many years, including America when I lived there for a while. I have always had excellent customer service and quality goods. I have never had a problem on returning an item although I do not like having to pay for return postage. However if the item is found faulty the postage has been refunded. I have just purchased a Shark vacuum for myself and have previously purchased Polti vacuums for my family and a Polti steam iron for myself, all of which are excellent. Yes, I can purchase items of clothing cheaper in local shops or on line but the quality I have bought from QVC have always been excellent. I cannot understand what went wrong with the customers who give poor ratings. Most of them seem to be in the US so perhaps their customer service there is lacking.

I find it very convenient as I don't like walking around the mall and shopping like I used to. Their customer service is very good and delivery is quick and I they sell quality merchandise....I'm a very satisfied customer!

I had a few problems with theitems that i ordered.I called there customer service and they couldn't have been nicer to me. All problems were solved in a short time.
