Bryan in Customer Service is Excellent.

I originally ordered a size 13 of the jet black low profile but it came in a EU 46.. I needed a 47, which in Oliver Cabell, is a 14. Bryan in the customer support team was extremely helpful and helped me navigate an issue that had happened when processing the return. 5 starts for Bryan, and thank you for identifying the problem and resolving it quickly. Functionality-wise, the site needs some help. You should be able to modify your return after submission. It also should have account functionality so you can track your history, manage shipping in general, etc...

Super high quality - took the risk and ordered

So, I read all these reviews. Decided to order and take the risk. Shoes came (5 days late — even though I paid for expedited shipping w/ no refund. And, yes, lame f/u from their customer care team). But, they just got here. And they are truly an amazing, high quality product!! So much so, I just ordered $1,000 more (3 more shoes). Many of my friends refused to order because of all of these poor reviews. Maybe, these guys just got in over their heads with orders, tickets, shipping, etc. And, are digging out? So, I’ll be back to share this second round experience as it happens.

Certainly worth a go

I’m Confused yes it took a couple of weeks I only just received but on unboxing seriously exactly as advertised they feel smell look like a quality shoe you would pay twice the price I’m happy to re review in twelve months but on first look feel experience I’m well happy and more then happy to upload snaps on the way through the year.great piece of kit ..Cheers

Honest folks, High Quality sneakers

Customer service: Extremely supportive during the process. They reply very quickly. I ordered a size 7, it was too big and they sent me another size. Even helped with import duty issues.Sneakers: Probably the best quality out there. Fair prices, no abusive markups. If you get the right size they fit perfectly. Try sizing down. They just look great!!

Customer service team helps to replace shoes/bracelet

I worked with the customer service team on 2 separate occasions, one to replace shoes that were sized wrong and one to replace a bracelet that had broken. In both instances, the team was incredibly professional and speedy with their replies, making the process painless and enjoyable. The items are also super high quality which doesnt hurt. Highly recommend

Good experience!

Overall great experience! I had paid for 2-4 day shipping for a purchase I made and unfortunately it did not arrive in that time frame. I had a couple exchanges via email with one of the customer services reps, Bryan. He was very kind and he helped to give me my refund for shipping and taxes when I stated my purchase didn’t arrive in on time. I only knocked off one star because there were tiny little scuffs on the cuff I bought but it wasn’t super noticeable so it didn’t really bother me however this may have bothered someone else. Overall, I think I had a great experience. I was offered an incentive to write this review however my opinion is completely honest and my own.

Took the plunge (despite all the bad…

Took the plunge (despite all the bad reviews) and Ordered a pair of low ones last weekend, paid the taxes upfront and I received the shipping notice on the Monday and the trainers arrived by FedEx the following Friday so no complaints. The trainers look as great as the photos and I’m already eyeing up another pair!

I had original ordered Crimson Red…

I had original ordered Crimson Red sneakers when i went to wear them the eyelet where the laces were was torn. I sent sent them back after several E-Mails and Email stopped for a week they did correct the problem. I was sent a new pair which was excellent. Even in Business it takes a while there customer service was excellent and corrected the problem. A+

Just received my shoes which came from…

Just received my shoes which came from the US to the UK in around a week. I feel that import fees should be made clearer when buying from the US shop as these are now pretty expensive trainers, but otherwise the shoes look to be good quality and next time I’ll look for a UK supplier perhaps where import fees don’t apply. Overall good service and would use again

After concern and reading these reviews, I'm happy to report....

I wanted to leave this review to really sum up my experience thus far with Oliver Cabell and their shoes. Firstly, I have seen their shoes for some time and finally pulled the trigger on a pair. When I ordered I was concerned that I didn't receive an email confirmation on the order after placing thinking that I actually didn't click buy (since I got no confirmation) I ordered the same pair again the following day. Still no email from the company and then I arrived here to see all of these negative reviews and was thinking that I was done and that both orders were now just a lost cause. ---In turns out that the emails HAD indeed arrived, they were just in my promotion folder on gmail and not in my main folder---In digging around I ended up finding a reddit thread that actually listed the CEO's company email address and his twitter handle so I emailed him stating my concern that I hadn't received any emails and that I was deeply worried from the reviews here....he replied to me in about 15 minutes and explained that the confirmation emails were indeed sent and to check the other folders...he also let me know that they were shipping my shoes the following day and that they would issue a refund for the double purchase.I was then further connected to other staff members within the company to help facilitate the experience for both the delivery and the refund...I was issued a tracking number the following day and also sent a confirmation email on shipment as well as an email on the status of the refund. The shoes arrived about 6 days later as did the refund and I've just had them now for a day or so, have worn them around a bit and so far am very impressed with the fit, comfort and style of the shoes!I believe that all of the negative reviews that are placed below are because the company is going through growing pains, to roughly quote what I saw the ceo saying on Reddit...they weren't expecting their growth and are working to keep up with demand...and given the quick response and all the attention to detail on my case to ensure that all is handled correctly, I would feel comfortable believing this. I can't yet speak to the quality of the shoes and their durability, but I can speak to their design, eye appeal, and initial comfort...all are top notch and I do appreciate that. The packing was simple, so if you are expecting an unboxing experience you may be disappointed. The shoes arrive in a slightly upscale box (with texture, good feel and weight, etc) however inside the shoes are just in two plastic bags, there are no extra laces, carrying bags, care booklet and so what you get with other similar shoes of this price point. This doesn't matter to me as I'm not into the unboxing side of things, but I know many are, so just wanted to point this out. I also can't speak for the import duties, as these shoes were shipped to me here in the USA, however I would be very reluctant to buy them in Europe (I live there) as I'm sure these would get a hefty tariff placed on them prior to receipt as many below have mentioned. Overall, would I buy again? Yes but want to see about the qualityDo I trust the company? Yes for sureDo I think the negative reviews are warranted as seen here? Perhaps, but I would only chalk that up to a company that seems to be growing beyond their current capabilities. That doesn't excuse poor service or quality, not at all, and thus I'm happy to report that the user experience was solid thus far, the company easy to contact (again just search for a reddit thread and you'll find the email to contact) SUGGESTION TO THE COMPANY:1. Make a user portal on your site where customers can log in and see the status of their order2. List a customer support email and make contacting the company easier. I know there is a basic support email but at present there is a 3-4 day potential wait on turn around3. Address issues (if they exist) where people are saying that refunds aren't being processed for returned shoes even when unworn because the company states the shoes were in fact worn (as some customers have complained about below) 4. State the potential for import duties to be applied to the shoes very clearly within the ordering process so customers are shocked to see this5. Streamline shipment so that tracking and shipment is more accessible, immediate and user friendly--To be completely clear, I didn't have these above issues at all...I'm just restating what I see in a lot of the reviews.
