I own a couple of their Low 1’s and by far I’m impressed and satisfied. For the price, you get more for what you paid for, close to the top brands in minimalist shoe lines.I’m from the Philippines, tax & shipping is a ripoff if the item is valued at over $200, you’ll pay half of the items value as tax. I own CP and tax was $200+. So getting OC’s is a godsend

Got the shoes quickly, in perfect condition and just how i ordered. I knew taxes were on me, so everything perfect. Quality seems great!

I’ve purchased two pairs of shoes so far. Both are the Low 1s. The slate was made in Italy whereas the camel was from Spain. The ones made in Spain are actually a touch smaller than the ones made from Italy and both are fairly narrow so you may want to consider that when selecting your size. The leather and suede are super soft so they do stretch after a couple of uses or if using a shoe tree. You also only get a dust bag with the shoes from Spain. In terms of quality, the shoes are easily worth the money paid and feel great when on your foot thanks to the soft leather lining. The only quality issue I have had is that there were small imperfections on the leather on the inside facing aside of the shoes in both cases. The only other suggestion I would make is that the texture on the outsole could be simplified as it can be a bit harder to clean without having to pull out a brush. In terms of shipping, I live in Canada and have had no issues other than having to pay the duties on one of the pairs (which isn’t the manufacturers fault) but should be factored in to the potential final price you pay. Overall I love the shoes I’ve purchased and they still feel “special” when worn. They are definitely worth the premium (especially when on sale).***update Dec 2020**Given my previous good experiences I went ahead and ordered my third pair. This time the shoes arrived with a noticeable defect in the leather. The options I was offered was to pay a fee to have them exchange a defect they missed and go through the customs process again or take a future purchase credit of $25 (no refund). You may want to consider another brand like Greats or Koio if shipping to Canada.

Excellent customer service! I had purchased a pair of shoes as an Xmas gift. They were shipped and delivered quickly but unfortunately stolen by a package thief who broke into our building. Oliver Cabell was incredibly understanding and resent the shoes at no extra cost to me! They took a few days to respond, but that was acceptable to me given the likely increase in emails they get during the holidays.

Customer service: Extremely supportive during the process. They reply very quickly. I ordered a size 7, it was too big and they sent me another size. Even helped with import duty issues.Sneakers: Probably the best quality out there. Fair prices, no abusive markups. If you get the right size they fit perfectly. Try sizing down. They just look great!!
