We ordered a trampoline a few weeks ago for our grandchildren when this is all over

We ordered our garden furniture on 17/04/21. On the 26th we had an email telling us it was packed and ready for shipment. On 13/05/22 we had a message to say it was ready for collection at the store . I called the store to confirm it was there before we travelled to collect it. I got through promptly and spoke to a staff member. The staff in store were all very friendly and helpful (York) and we were told to drive around the back to the collection point where a lovely guy was waiting to help us load it on to our van. Great experience for us and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this store. Don't be put off by all the bad reviews.

We went shopping to the store in Doncaster, we were looking for just cushions, after being bamboozled by the choice, we were advised by a JYSK employee, who listened to us, and was very attentive, he completely changed our view on our chosen colour scheme and he was 100% correct. We bought exactly what he recommended, he wasn't pushing sales, just giving us great advice, which we really appreciated. Many thanks Yordan.

I’m quite shocked reading other reviews as my experience was fantastic. The items are high quality, stylish and incredible value. The delivery costs were expensive (£40 for a sofa and a bench) but I could select the delivery date and the delivery team carried it to a room of my choice. The items have been mostly easy to assemble and look much more expensive than they were. I will definitely be using them again, wish they had more stores!

After a horrible experience with IKEA -who took our money for a sofa then didn't deliver them and didn't even bother letting us know, then tried to contact them, all phones off and online chat off- we have ordered 2 sofas from YISK. The staff in chesterfield are outstanding, especially Andrew who is really helpful, they kept is informed about delivery, called 3 times to arrange it plus called the day before and on the day of delivery and tried to work around our busy life. When they arrived with the sofas the two guys were friendly and exceptionally helpful, unwrapping the sofas and carrying them up to the first floor. I can only recommend after a horrible experience with IKEA.

Ordered several items of furniture online and was impressed how easy it was.I received regular updates on my delivery despite there being a lockdown and pandemic and was given a delivery slot which was followed up in the day of delivery by the driver and just before he arrived.All in all excellent service and would recommend and use them again

I hadn’t read reviews about this site first before purchasing, it was after I read the reviews and thought oh no... however, I experienced no problems what so ever with JYSK. I ordered a garden sofa for store collection, was informed before hand I could be waiting up to 20 working days but I only waited 2 weeks including weekends. I also had a message telling me I’m to expect a delay but there was no delay which was great. The item was an absolute bargain at only £175 and the quality seems good. I have put the item together and all the instructions were understandable etc. So all in all great experience and I would order again in future.

Guys you will read a very disparaging review from myself relation to an order on this site.......well, never have I retracted my comments before but in view of certain events it is important I make the following comments.Yes these guys were guilty of poor customer service when it came to accountability tracking and overall customer liaison which is criminal and the responsibility of management who should hold their heads in shame that the staff who are NOT trained sufficiently in customer relations!Plus points are the product IS just fantastic quality and extremely good value.Hard to beat in the market place.The downside is the interaction with customers on deliveries and availabilty.Be honest and talk to your customers regularly and do what you say,i.e. call back when you say...simple! Good or bad news TELL YOUR CLIENTS! The error is hiding away through either lack of training or just bad company methods......SORT THAT AND YOU MIGHT INCREASE YOUR SALES."
