I would firstly like to thank Henry krank I ordered some 9mm pinfire cases during this covid 19 epidemic after waiting a week my order never showed up I spoke to a really helpful lady who assured me they were sent out the day I ordered them, she told me to give them a few more days and if they never showed up to call back which I did. She then said she would get some more sent out that day true to her word she did. Waited nearly a week then received them, after speaking with my postman turns out it was my post running very slow and not any fault of Henry krank, now hopeful of receiving the first package I was sent, I will definitely be contacting Henry krank if they arrive to make them a payment as everything they told me was the truth, and I don't see why they should lose out as they done everything they possibly could for me, this was my first time using Henry krank and have to say what a fantastic company they are, highly recommend them for their honesty and caring they show to their customers, especially the lady I spoke to unfortunately never got her name but she knows who she is many thanks lee
