I was pleasantly surprised with the shampoo, and am very happy with it, will continue to purchase. I also tried the balm, but found it to heavy for my fine hair, even when using just a little bit. I gave 4 stars because the products are pricey.

I agree with the positive and negative reviews. This product is very over priced and I won’t be purchasing it regularly. I have fine hair that gets pretty tangled. Hairstorys wash smells lovely and my hair feels fresh and clean. But it is a pig to wash out. If the water you use isn’t really hot ( which isn’t good for your hair ) and you don’t do it for a good five minutes, you’ll end up needing to rewash your hair. So highs and lows. I’m sure there’s something that does just as good a job without the hassle with the rinse, and possibly cheaper too. I’ll keep searching!

Love love love!! My blowouts last longer and my hair is soft and shiny. A small amount of New Wash goes a long way, so do y over use it. Be sure to rinse really well and you’ll love it too.

I purchased the deep new wash product after completing the quiz to find out which product I should try and found it to be very conditioning for my hair. I have dry end and greasy roots. It doesn't however solve any of the issues I have with greasy roots. In fact, even when using a shower brush it was very difficult to wash out and I found it made my hair very heavy with build up. I can't use it on my scalp for this reason, so I ended up using it like a conditioner in the end, which is pointless for the money. It's not worth the extortionate price and I'm quite disappointed with myself for falling for their instagram marketing. Will not be purchasing again.

The service was good but the pricing was a bit high to my mind and the products weren't the best. Just dropped in there to check it. I guess I'm gonna use my old store.

After reading negative reviews I thought I would add in my feedback.I heard about Hairstory through a friend and thought I would give it a go.My hair is past shoulder length, slightly wavy, and prone to frizz.I would always wash twice followed by conditioner. I had products filling our bathroom cabinets - none of those I loved, but I still used them.I purchased New Wash Original, and was extremely excited when it arrived.Pouch appeared smaller than I expected, but I was aware what I had purchased. My eyes - I need to recalibrate- and get used to a different product.First hair wash - yes, it sure did feel different. So I did it twice to ensure the product was through my hair.Rinsing - again, I was enthusiastic and ensured my hair was well rinsed.Result: absolutely love my hair. My hair feels different, no frizz. I feel as if I have the correct oil distribution throughout the length of my hair.I have been using the products now for 8 months and will never go back to shampoo and conditioner.I have also purchased the hair oil and hair balm.Again, products are incredible to feel - they feel smooth and of high quality without feeling gluggy.I am absolutely thrilled with my hair, the Hairstory products and the staffs response to my emails.

Before I started using New Wash my hair felt dry and looked dry. It was even difficult to manage. I've never even heard of Hairstory until one day while playing a game on my phone, I ran out of points and they had the option of completing offers and get points. So I took a chance and what doyou know. No shampoo build-up, my hair looks and feel healthier, and easier to manage. I love it!

Hairstory has changed my hair and scalp and I will never go back to regular shampoo. After years (a decade?) of scalp issues, using Hairstory restored and repaired my scalp after 3-6 months of regular use. It continues to improve even 9 months in. Thank you Hairstory!

It took me a long while for my hair to adjust, but once it did WOW! I have straight, fine hair that I wear in a long bob... I struggle with grease and limpness. My hair is softer than it has been in YEARS, and definitely has more body. I also use Powder on non-wash days, which I can go 4-5 if I really want to, and Dressed Up on blow dry days. Full disclosure... I hated heat styling my hair and NEVER blew it dry, that has changed with Dressed Up! My hair is so soft and silky post-blow dry and I actually get excited about styling. I don't care too much for Undressed, but I'm trying to learn best practices.

I have used their excellent product since the first lockdown. I love it. It is expensive but it lasts for ages and I only have to wash my hair two or three times a week instead of every day with normal shampoo and conditioner. My hair is much shinier looks so much better, I no longer use conditioner which before would have left me looking like one of the three witches in McBeth but now I dont need it with Hairstory. You have to give your scalp time to readjust to the product but after 2 weeks I was loving the difference and the lack of plastic bottles etc makes me feel better at my rampant consumerism.
