I've ordered from Nordstrom Rack several times and it's been seamless every time. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 days and arrive as described. My only recommendation is to check the actual brand website for sizing details as Nordstrom Rack's appear to be approximations and based on a flawed algorithm (ie I ordered a S, it was massive so returned and order an XS, but NR still recommends the S to me in that brand on their recommended sizing).

I seen a lot of bad reviews ... but besides the bad reviews mine is actually perfect ... got a bulova watch and got it like in 3 days ... packaging was great and the watch looks exactly the way it looks on the picture and the quality is amazing ... the price in other websites were up to like over 450 dollars and i paid 265 dollars with this site so no complains here at all

We in several occasions bought stuff from them online and in store. We liked the quality and the price. The return process was easy too. I return them in store and hassle-free.Their delivery packaging was also excellent. A few times they took a little bit more than usual, but in general, we were happy.

A return had been delivered a month before, and I had not yet received a refund. I contacted Customer Service via live chat (very quick moving up the queue), gave them my info, and received a refund confirmation email shortly after saying my refund had been processed. Smooth experience and Nordstrom Rack remains one of my favorite stores ever to shop at!

I am a Nordstrom member living in Vancouver. Before the US-Canada border closed. I use Nordstrom Rewards to shop at Nordstrom stores in WA every time I have a chance. Then when I go again, I will take cash to the store to pay. This way I can collect more points. The border is closed and Nordstrom ’s store is closed. I can't pay the arrears on the Rewards card in time. I called Nordstrom USA twice and wanted help. Customer service has been horrible. I have an estimated wait time of 2 hours. try to email them, you get an automated response that no one follows up. Until the beginning of April. Finally, customer service called me to Urge me to pay the bill ! I explained the well-known reason that I cannot pay in the US now. I asked him to send me an e-mail with the address of Nordstrom US Accounting department. I am good to send a check to the Nordstrom US . He didn't email me! At the end of April. Should be the same person, he contacted me again. I made the same request. This time his reply was-he couldn't email me. Because of company regulations? This has been dragged on until two weeks ago. I have to pay interest and Fees Charged for nearly 250 US dollars. At this time now. Any additional expenditure should be avoided as much as possible for us. I had to borrow from my friends in Seattle to pay. Things like this must not just happen to me alone. Hope that Nordstrom US can be more like your own advocate-How can we serve you? We're listening!

I have ordered over 10 times on their online website and I have had all successful orders. I live in the US and all of my packaging were well secured and in big boxes !!!! Shipping took no more than 2 weeks and the online site is very very reasonable. I have ordered from there so many times simply because they have cheaper prices of the on brand shoes giving 59% + OFF!!! I have never had any bad experiences and I highly doubt you will to !!! There is usually something specific I am looking for and it does go out of stock very fast but price wise it’s amazing and customer service is patient and kind !

This is a review on Nordstrom Rack online. It is an excellent online shopping site. You can easily find some great deals and if you know what you're going into at first then you will be happy. THEY SELL: Things that are overstock from last season / previous years, things in less popular colors or styles, things that people have returned one too many times to be sold as brand new at full price and cosmetics in less popular or discontinued shades or are too close to the expiry date to sell in store. They also sell mis-marked sizes (if you order your size you'll receive it, however it might show a differing size on the label.) It can be a wonderful deal. Sometimes though, I've ordered my size in items and receive the correct size tag but it's clearly either way too large or way too small. (Sometimes it takes Nordstrom Rack a bit to "catch up" to the knowledge and realize the size issues in what they sell and re-mark it accordingly.) BEWARE OF THE FAKES & FINAL SALE: They also seem to have a few fakes and factory defects that make their way in. I once purchased a Laura Mercier pressed powder that was clearly the wrong color and differing packaging than I'm used to with no seal and the wrong sponge included. (Fake?) I also purchased a concealer that arrived absent of outer packaging, opened and partially empty and completely dried out with the expiry date one month away. Unfortunately these items were FINAL SALE and could not be returned or exchanged, even though I'd received clearly fake or useless merchandise. That said, STAY AWAY FROM ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS, especially any cosmetic items because chances are there's good reason they're "final sale" (no one in their right mind would ever want them.) I'm assuming sometimes they will "get a deal" on something from a brand and that brand will be offering said deal to them because it's a bad dye lot or batch. These things usually end up on their sister site, HAUTELOOK. Hautelook is usually the "final sale" batch of whatever's there at Nordstrom Rack. The daily deals direct from the brands is where I go on that site because I'm guaranteed it's actually coming from the brand. Since the sites are connected I can check out on Rack. THE CART IS ANNOYING: I do not like the way things "expire" in one's cart. It's a way they get you to hurry up and buy faster because if someone else puts it into their cart, then you lose out. This happens because they often only have one of something. Items stay "on hold" in your cart for about 10 or 15 minutes before expiring but it's a real pain. They should just do away with that feature of the site and when something runs out, it's out. Simple as that.

One of my favorite stores. I can typically find good deals in the physical location, though you do have to watch out for items/brands sourced exclusively for the discount store (as opposed to coming over from Nordstrom). My experience with the online store has shown the pricing to be higher than the same or similar items in store, so I rarely place online orders with them. Overall, I recommend.

I want to start off by saying that Nordstrom rack is a great place to shop and ive found amazing deals.However I have a major issue with these other reviews. I find it strange that there are multiple accounts with one review complaining about the same issue, using the same wording, all around the same date. I highly encourage trustpilot to look into these negative reviews being fake.Lastly, we are in a pandemic. And as someone who worked in retail, I come into contact with close to 100 people a day- you not wearing a mask puts workers at risk.

Grade: A+ in my book!I've had a Nordstrom Rack online account for YEARS and I love "The Rack!" I especially love their Rewards Program! Ordering is easy, returns are quickly credited, and I love the clothing selection and styles. I also shop at the brick and mortar stores in Lynnwood and in Seattle. Some of the best customer services experiences EVER have been with Nordstrom stores!
