It was about 10 years ago that my hatred for the infamous Croc began. Yes, i remember it well. A good friend of mine admitted that he enjoyed the comfort that a good Croc provided one summers evening as we lounged in the residue of a warm day.Subsequent ribbings occured sporadically about his love of the cavity covered rubber cleat. This escalated over the years and it eventually became a vocal point at most gatherings. I had berated and belittled him for years about this.Imagine my surprise when a " 40% Croctober Discount " appeared in my inbox just as i was pondering where i could procure a new comfortable slipper. It peaked my interest...Maybe they are comfortable?...They're not really that ugly, are they?What are jibbitz? Oh cool look at those ones! And the rest is history. I took the plunge. The 40% discount was kind, but my dignity was on the line here. This was going to be the biggest heel turn since Shawn Michaels betrayed Marty Jannety by throwing him through Brutus The Barber Beefcakes barbershop window.Click. Done.Now we wait.And wait....And wait.......And wait...........Have i made a mistake? Where are they? The Crocs did not arrive on time.I very quickly managed to speak to a live Croc Chat agent on their website who informed me of a delay. I understood this, times being what they are.She even gave me another 40% discount code. Wow. Thank you very kindly. Then they arrived. 10 days after the sweaty click of fear. My goodness, I am not a Religious man but i can assure you of this; The comfort these rubber holy shoes provide is biblical. For my sins i will accept 10 years of ribbing for being so stubborn about Crocs. I deserve it. But hey, at least i will be in complete comfort as i am being chastised about it.

Ordered a pair of crocs online and they didn’t arrived within expected time. I contacted customer service and Viktor resolved very swiftly and my crocs arrived a few days later. Quality and fit just as expected. Very pleased with how quickly issue was resolved.

AWFUL JUST AWFUL. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I bought a dress and it took months to come. When it did finally arrive after many emails it was the wrong color and nothing at all like the picture The material was also very thin n cheap and they didn't even think it's thin so let's double it up, it looks nothing like what's on the pic, the only thing it was the right color all I wanted to do is to make a return I sent an email to the company NO LUCK AT ALL THEN I went ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND I found this CONTACT INFO

Absolutely no issues from start to finish. I was concerned about ordering my first purchase from Crocs.com after reading reviews on TP. This proved to be totally unfounded. They provided great comms throughout with very quick delivery (four days from initial order being placed in UK) and I was kept well informed of overall progress inc. delivery date and time. So for me this was a great first experience with Crocs.com and I would have no hesitation in using them for future purchases. The Crocs were great too, thanks.

Good deal with Buy 2 get the second pair half price but really disappointed with the obvious packaging, especially around Christmas. Ordered a package for my mom and sister and my mom took the delivery off the driver with my sister in the room. Myself and my father already have crocs so she knew they were for her for Christmas. Disappointing.

I must tell you that I have read these terrible reviews and was quite worried. I can not comment about the terrible customer service as I did not need any customer service with either one of my orders. I was able to track the package from NL to the Czech republic and received exactly what I ordered. Just be careful to look at the fit feedback as if you get lined crocs I recommend getting a size up from your unlined crocs.

I am a college student searching for the best shoes to bring to campus and I have to say that crocs are a must have college essential. I have only ever had one pair of crocs from when I was younger and I rarely use them because they are old and worn out, so I figured it was time for an upgrade. I recently ordered a new pair for college since all my friends recommended I get a pair, whether I was planning on using them as shower shoes or just as everyday slides. It's one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was skeptical at first but after wearing my crocs for a few weeks now, I am a huge fan of crocs. I bought the crocband style clog after much research into which style would be most comfortable for me. I definitely recommend them if you have small and slender feet like me because the regular clog crocs have always been big on me and never quite fit right, whereas the crocbands fit really well and give my feet lots of support and comfort. I read tons of reviews on the crocs before my purchase and it's easy to see why so many people ended up not liking the crocband style because they do run a little small and are a slimmer fit than classic croc clogs. I ended up purchasing a size 7 because I tend to be in between sizes, ranging from 6.5 to 7 depending on the company, so I ordered up a half size from what I usually wear, and they ended up fitting perfectly. I wear them all the time and they are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. They have great foot support and are made of lightweight and soft materials. They are also super versatile, and I can use them for all kinds of activities. The crocs are easy to clean, waterproof, comfortable, provide light foot protection, and they’re extremely durable. I can already tell that these crocs will last for a long time. I think that they are a great product and are definitely worth every penny spent. Usually I prefer to shop in store rather than online, but with COVID-19 and stores being closed indefinitely, I purchased my new crocs online. My experience online was better than I had hoped, and it was easy to navigate the crocs website to find the type of croc I wanted. However, the shipping process is very slow, and it took almost 3 weeks for my crocs to arrive. Luckily, I had ordered them early enough that I wasn’t in a hurry to get them, but I was surprised by how long it took to ship the crocs. I would suggest purchasing in store if possible, rather than online as it might be easier. And while I didn’t enjoy the wait, I really do like crocs products and I hope to buy their products again. Overall, Crocs are a great product and worth purchasing at least once in your lifetime.

I received a pair of sandals, and although they were the correct size, they were narrower than the usual size 9. I wrote in and in days had a refund. This is a comfort when I buy shoes or other size specific items online, as there are many companies who make it as difficult as possible to contact them at all.

They said that delivery may be slow, due to the pandemic, but I got my Crocs shoes before they were expected. Even those sent elsewhere as a gift, arrived early.My only complaint, is that, until recently, stocks have been low, not all shoes being available in every color and every size. I guess that speaks for their popularity.My favorites are the Baya, because they have a little more room than the Classic; the Bayaband, because they eliminate the side holes, where a tiny pebble, on occasion, may slip in, when in gravel or on sidewalks, rather than in grass, plus having cute color combinations. Another favorite are my wonderful boots with three elastic bands, because, unlike most boots, I can get in and out of them easily, and they look great!

Crocs are the best! My everyday, all the time, comfortable, light weight shoes. I rarely wear anything else. Even in winter, because of their fuzz lined shoes and cute boots, my feet stay warm and comfortable.They do wear out, but are affordable. Like tires, you want them soft, to cushion your walk. There is always a deal to be had and customer service is excellent! Once, I caught my new shoe on the side of a computer and broke a button. I read online, that Crocs would send me a new button for free. But when I called for a button, they insisted on giving me a new pair, instead! I have also had customer service offer me special deals.Because of my high arches, I find most other shoes very uncomfortable, especially anything with laces, as they press against the top of my feet.I now have 24 pair of my beloved Crocs and am looking to buy a couple more. I am very, very happy with my Crocs!

I personally love crocs and have had no issues in the past. I wear them all of the time and think that they are a great product. Usually I shop in store rather than online, but with sales going on and stores being closed I purchased new crocs. I can only personally recommend the classic clogs as the baya clogs were not nearly as comfortable with different sizing when put on. This is somewhat disappointing as the classics never go on sale, but they are worth the extra money in my opinion. I would suggest purchasing in store rather than online as it is a far better experience, but if unable I recommend going with the classics which seem true to size or looking at the reviews to the fit of the shoe and sizing.

I've read the first 10 reviews here and it's sad that most of the complaints were about customer service. I did not order my Croc's through their website. So I cannot comment on that experience. However, I will comment on the product itself. I own several pairs of crocs in different colors and styles and one thing that is consistent...comfort. Probably one of the most comfortable footwear I own. :-)I gave 4 stars because I have a pair that didn't last very long because there was a thin piece that snapped off. It's the design that I'm not really surprised it broke off so easily. :-(

I guess everyone’s experience is different, and after reading some of these reviews I was scared to trust the crocs website. However, I decided to risk it and make an order since the price was much lower here than anywhere else. The order process was easy, the crocs were shipped and arrived within 4-6 business days like it said. The product was exactly what I ordered, and overall the entire purchase went perfectly for me. I don’t usually write reviews, but I figured I should share my experience since I did not have any issues like many people seem to have in the past.
