Wow! We received our stemless wine glasses only 6 days after approving the proof. All 84 of the 80 glasses we ordered are in perfect condition-no breaks, no smudges. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service from this company. I hesitated at first order from them because of some negative reviews. However with a little reading I discovered that most of those reviews are old reviews and that all of the current reviews were very positive. Do not hesitate to order from this company.

I strongly recommend you purchase a sample glass in the color/s you are interested in. I purchased two sample colors, but then decided to go ahead and place my full order with a different color. The gold color I ordered is metallic and did not print as clearly as the red color. The gold looks good with red wine but does not show up as well with white wine. If I had to do it all over again, I would select a dark gray or dark silver color, which is what brewery's use on their glasses. The font size was a bit small on my glasses; folks will have to look hard to read it. I think the font size is larger when you have fewer letters per line. One of my samples was etched. It did not show up well at all. The prices were fair, delivery was fast and I love the on-line tool for designing the glasses. A better quality print with larger font would have increased my rating. It would be fantastic if they would make a sample exactly the way you want it.

The Bad1) No one answered the phone EVER.2) I received a defective wine glass and was short 4 glasses and 2 of the gift boxes for the wine glasses were fused together.3) My flute glasses took more than a month to receive. The Good 1) Someone named “Vina” was very responsive to emails2) I received an extra box of 12 wine glasses and coordinating gift boxes for the shortage and defects. 3) I received 2 extra flutes with my order. The Fabulous The customer service has drastically improved per the reviews from previous years and the product is Professionally done! You will be pleased and amazed at the finished product for the price! Order early and be patient, your items will be worth it!

Hello! I am here to write about what I thought was going to be a terrible experience, but wound up turning out way better than I thought. We were going back and forth with emails to a customer service agent for a couple of months trying to decide what we wanted for a custom design. She wasn’t always the clearest, and had to correct my order a few times. However, in the end she got the job done. I will say that there shouldn’t be a “chat” tab on the website, because there isn’t that option. The phone number is also a no go half of the time. Was really hard to get ahold of anyone. I was nervous. But email was the communication. There was no initial invoice, which they said I’d get upon ordering. I only got a notification when the item shipped, which also made me nervous not being able to double check that the right thing was ordered. We got a custom design etched into 200 can glasses. Upon ordering and shipment, it only took a week! They were very well packaged with plenty of paper to cushion the well packed boxes of glasses. We’ve only checked some of them, but judging by the packaging, we feel pretty confident that they are all just fine! They also turned out great! Not to mention that the glasses were a fraction of the cost anywhere else - $1.87 per glass!I recommend this site! Joanna
