Initially hesitant to place an order due to the numerous negative reviews, I decided to try placing a small order at first and also signed up for the monthly subscription. Since my first order I have placed 3 more and am due to receive my 4th subscription box. Customer service have bern so helpful via email and the websites chat function, always quick to respond and answering my queries. The products are just lush! such good quality and I will continue to build my collection. My parcels always come quickly and carefully packaged. Only once has a product I ordered slightly leaked and I was offered a discount code for my next purchase which I was happy with. Overall I cant recommend Andy coat enough and if you're unsure, try a small order xxx

Honest review , relatively new to gel nails but have used mostly premium professional brands . Saw candy coat and thought I would give it a try as much cheaper than other brands I have used. First order popping candy and one colour , the popping candy is great and much easier than acetone methods . On to the gel I wasn’t expecting to like it based on the reviews ( which I read after ordering) it’s easy to use and so far no chips etc ( on for over a week) so impressed that I’ve just ordered more gels and some tools ! I love the brand it’s very cute marketing

I have to say I was nervous about my delivery after I placed an order earlier this week and then read such negative reviews on trust pilot. I wasn't sure if I'd receive my products.I'm very glad to say that my experience was very pleasant, speedy and everything arrived in time. Very similar to what you'd expect from any other big online site.I didn't have to contact customer service so not sure what that experience is like. If like me you are nervous to order, then give them a shot. The products are lovely, great colours.

Very happy with my purchase! I decided to get a small gel kit to see if I liked it and how it lasts (because I work in a supermarket normal nail polish doesn’t last). Very quick postage, my order came within 2 days! I am very impressed, the colours are absolutely beautiful and it was pretty easy to do! With practice I’m sure I’ll eventually be able to do a much better job as well

I ordered from Candy Coat at the weekend using the newbie discount code, it was posted Monday and I received it yesterday. I ordered quite a few things and nothing was missed. I am not a professional nail tech, just a keen home enthusiast so the my product review is from the eyes of an amateur: did my nails last night and the quality of the gel polish is great, easy to apply and quick to dry under an LED lamp. Loads better than cheap ebay brands and feels on par to the CND shellac I have. Also the colour range is ace, so nice to not be restricted! Pick n mix is a fun touch too.My only gripe is the amount of plastic and non-recyclable bits in the packaging. They use plastic boxes instead of cardboard, and the boxes are filled with extra bits like little sequins and craft (felt?) balls which of course, is cute and instagrammable but feels a bit wasteful. Based on my experience I would definitely order again though.

Stumbled along this company on Instagram and loved the look of the products ! Placed a couple of orders ! Both arrived quickly and beautifully packaged and the products are a dream! Made an error on an order and one quick email and was immediately rectified!! Great service and really enjoying these products

I bought 2 brushes for my sisters birthday with express delivery to europe and they arrived perfectly on time. The package was packed very safely to avoid any damage, and the way they pack their products is very cute and thoughtful! The only improvement would be to maybe make the site a little bit more accessible for european buyers by adding a button to change the prices from pounds to euros.

This is my completely honest and independent review: After reading a lot of the negative reviews here I am surprised to see how people give bad name to great companies only because of ignorance. This brand offers two types of nail polishes - gel and normal nail polish, along with other products for nails. It absolutely unacceptable to give negative review, because you didn't perform all the necessary steps of the technique, but still expect it to work. Gel polish is a system and an UV/LED lamp is a must for it. I see people giving the lowest rating here, because they waited for to air dry without using UV/LED lamp and it didn't dry out. Of course it will not! So based on many many reviews with wrong technique of application, I don't think this is real and honest rating.I am so happy with everything I bought from them. I never had any issue communicating with Customer Service - they are always very nice to me and have had answered every single question (and I do tend to ask a lot)❣️ They are patient with me, give me all the info I need and always react in a timely manner if ever there is an issue, which happened only couple of times and it was all minor issues. The quality of all the products, even to the smallest nail charms (decoration), or the sponge nail files is amazing! The polish itself - I use gel and even made a subscription after my third order to them, is great! They have so many different shades and colours in brights and pastels and glitters - such a vast choice! I don't have a chip in sight already 3+ weeks (!) and I really need to remove it now as it is grown out so much, it doesn't look good anymore. But anyway there is no chip anywhere! Superb quality, I am in love! I just found out they have deliciously smelling skin care products also, which have great reviews and I am more than willing to try also ☺️Overall great! I cannot find so much words for loving that brand that much! I love you Candy Coat! Honestly, I think every girl will fall in love with those products. I am really sorry that some girls had not nice experience, they are missing soo much giving up of Candy Coat.. I really do hope so, they will come around and claim the page here, so they can defence themselves and explain some situations or come to an understanding for some of the negative reviews as it wasn't Candy Coat's fault - the girls just didn't do what they are supposed to in order for the products to work.Keep up the good work Candy Coat and keep making us happy and making our lives sweet! I have been ordering from Candy Coat for about 18 months now, and have placed several orders. I have always received my orders on time and never had any issues with receiving incorrect products. I recommend Candy Coat to friends looking to start doing their own gel nails and will continue to do so.I gave them 4 stars as the website isn't always the best for giving an accurate depiction of what the colours will turn out like, but I always look at the pictures uploaded by customers as this helps give a better view - I also add pictures once I receive them to help other customers. If you're unsure about purchasing I would look at the #lovecandycoat tag on instagram to see what the colours really look like as these are mainly posted by customers. Even when their hasn't been a customer picture and I've ordered anyway, the colours have always turned out amazing!The Gel polishes are really great, especially the au naturel collection (thicker consistency, mimics the look of builder gel once cured). I've tried a couple of the treatments which are good. I'm not that keen on the Candy Stix collection but everything else I have had completely positive experiences with.I know there are a lot bad reviews for Candy Coat, but that's not everyones experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Love Candy Coat products, haven't had any problems when I have ordered. When I have spoken to their online customer service I haven't had any problems with any of them all and they've all been helpful. I recently bought their bond+primer which arrived quickly and is a great product.

I was hesitant to order at first due to all the horror stories on here but took the chance and I’m glad I did as I luckily didn’t have any issues with my order. All polishes arrived in perfect condition and exactly as pictured online. I really love the packaging and think the free sweets are a nice touch. Will definitely be trying the sugar collection they do next.

Order came extremely quickly and everything was as ordered and working. I bought the Starter Kit and it has worked wonderfully, I'll definitely be buying from Candy Coat again!

I need to write this review so people can know there are positive experiences!I had been looking at Candy Coat for a while and upon checking the reviews I was worried about ordering from them, but in the end I decided to bite the bullet and did a £91 order! I placed the order at 4:03am on the 14th July and it arrived at 9:40am on the 15th July which was amazing.I ordered the Newbie Candy Kit (with the lamp) and the only issue was that I received the Candy Coat Sugar (glitter) instead of a disposable cuticle pusher/trimmer, which I am happy about. The rest of the kit was correct and I even got some extra swatch pops and one of the dividers you can use for your toes. Three colours I got in the kit were 389 which is a nice bright pink, 631 which is a lovely purple and 438 which is a neon orange. I also ordered two mood swing colours in C001 a baby pink/lilac and C144 a black/white.My experience with this company has been fantastic and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Candy Coat create such good quality gel polishes, which don't chip/peel! I also love their sugars.The products are expensive but they're good quality.
