I bought the RockShox 35 Gold RL DebonAir Boost 29" 150mm, and I received the package in Russia,Moscow after 24 days, It took quite a while but I'm satisfied with the overall service especially the price, I paid around 28K rubles compared to 37K if I could've bought it in Moscow. I did have to go fetch the package from customs myself which was bit of a hassle even had to pay 1K rub for customs handling fee but glad that I got a fork for a reasonable price. I still need to install it and see how well this fork is though

And for the shipping cost I paid, didn't expect the super-duper slow services. Confirmed it with DHL, and it checks out. 2 of my first orders, and it'll be my last. Tracking is s**t, its better than not to have any and just wait for the parcel to find its way to my front door in a month time. No update on the tracking progress, and stuck in the same location. Better off buying from Aliexpress if that's how long it's gonna take for the parcel to reach me, at least they're free. And Malaysians, avoid this store.

The support was very quick and helpful. I got answer on the weekend. They sent me a replacement part after it was confirmed that I got a faulty (wobbly) tire.

I ordered a pair of Sidi MTB bike shoes on 12 Oct, at good price, parcel dispatched the next day. However, the shipment was stuck at Frankfurt “export parcel center” for a week. Sent enquiry to customer service, response was quick but the answer is that it is normal to wait a week or two at the export parcel center. It’s disappointing, not with Bike-components, but DHL. I have seen other reviews having similar issue. Hope I don’t need to wait weeks before receiving the item.

Great service and dialogue. The bike arrived already assembled, which I was not expecting. It was so carefully wrapped and packaged that I was amazed of the level of detail put into the packaging by the employee that was handling this order. So customer focused. Also I had a small minor claim on the handle bar. This was handled same day and very shifthly by the customer service department. Highly recommanded retailer.
