I placed an order and without even using shoprunner or paying extra for priority mail, my order arrived in just 2 days! Lightning fast shipping & good samples.

Do not order from them in this period.I have seen previous people reviews and said all was fine. However my order is not even here with me since 21st April.I do understand that there are delays due to the virus but it is ridiculous now, no one is able to tell me when I will get my order.The website should give us at least a time frame : 10-15 days.... or longer( I have a feeling )

Hi my name is Essa and I ordered the Green Armani Exchange bag which is part of their sale. I am very happy with the service. At first I was uncomfortable with purchasing as the address line wasn’t able to be filled in properly on their website. But after calling customer services a man named Marco was very helpful and assured my bag would arrive within a few days and I had received a notification the next day that my bag was on its way. My bag arrived and I have it here ready for University. Very good service and recommend the order. If anyone is unsure feel free to contact their customer service as they are very friendly and helpful.

So, 3.5 stars based on the experience - mostly on the difficulty in contacting them. Ordered a suit. 4 days later the money was back in my account. I became concerned they had made a mistake with stock levels or something and therefore wondered whether the suit was still on its way. Tried to find a phone number but couldn't locate it on the website. Realised they are doing the 'cheap' email us option instead of paying people to answer the phone. I emailed them. Spent half a day wondering what I should do - end of year sales were about to end at other suit shops! 12-18 hours later I got a professional email assuring me the suit was on its way, but it glazed over why the money was still in my account. Sure enough, on the 7th day, the suit arrived and the money was taken again (correctly).The suit had two finger marks on it, on the front lapels, like someone had been handling a pastry and scuffed it. Doesn't bother me because any suit you get online needs dry-cleaning anyway - as they get creased from travel in a box.The suit is obviously great! but the way Armani handles the 'business' side of things is not up to the standard of the garments - not equal in anyway to the quality of the suit - based on my/this experience. A phone number, easy to find - to put my mind at ease - and not having this odd 'take the money then reverse it then take it again' payment experience - doesn't seem too much to ask. I don't really care, I have the suit, it's awesome - but the online part of things did not match the quality of the suit. Despite this I would buy again online from Armani - you will get the garment, but that email/24 hour wait system is degrading - compared to someone on the phone. Not to put too fine a point on it but even my local pizza shop has an easy-to-find phone number to call. Armani is more prestigious than that!Simon, Australia
