I swear by Anker

Anker has been a brand that I have consistently returned to for my tech needs and gifts for family members.Their speakers are cheap and durable, the power banks are long lasting & easy to travel with and the headphones are decent quality & cheap.For value for money you can't beat their products.

Great products and great service

Bought a Powerbank and used it with great pleasure. It performed very well and lasting really long, until after about a year and 4 months, the power dropped. It discharged for some reason, while it was not in use and not connected to anything. After that it would not charge properly anymore. I contacted customer service and after running some basic checks they concluded the product had unfortunately failed. They sent a replacement product without me even asking for it. Also there was no need to return the defective product. I really enjoyed the support of customer service. They were helpful and the communication was pleasant.I would definitely recommend Anker products, as they are backed-up by a great customer service. To me that is a strong reason to stay tru to a brand. Especially in a world that relies on online service more and more.In short, great experience.

I recently purchased the Anker Mars 2 pro projector, which is amazingI contacted customer services regarding issues with apps on the device and how to install play store on the device. The customer support has been outstanding and really helpful, they seem to have the right approach to customer service and they followed through with their support with information to resolve my issues until i was happy with the outcome. Great products and excellent aftercare.

Great customer service

I had an issue with my Anker wireless Vertical Ergonomic Optical mouse not connecting properly. They sent me a new one and still issues. So they sent me another wired one free of charge and it finally worked (I wasn't bothered about the wireless). As long as my mouse worked eventually I was fine with that, but the customer support (by Yvonne) was exceptional and this is why I'd stick with them again.

Excellent customer service

Had a pair of wireless headphone for 10 months when they started to develop an issue. Contacted Anker about this and there was no hassle at all. After sending me some troubleshooting advice they quickly sent out a replacement pair. Would definitely recommend them as a brand for their customer service.

They have for sure the best power banks and USB cables.Just a pity that the packages with the products have a lot of plastic and paper that is not needed.

Great products and excellent customer service.

I have used Anker charging cables for a few years now after being recommended by a friend. I’ve had cause to contact the costumer services on a couple of occasions to make a claim on a warranty (one of which I thought was out of warranty) and on both occasions I’ve been really impressed with their customer service. They reply very quickly, are courteous, explain how they are going to resolve the issue and on both occasions have sent out replacements on next day delivery. I couldn’t ask for more. For this reason, I will continue to buy Anker products and can happily recommend to others.

Generally a very good charging and power company

Bought and used Anker gear for a long time. 2x power banks, a few cables, charging port, an ergonomic mouse and an extension lead. Generally speaking, I never had any issues, until the extension cord. I would still highly recommend their power banks, cables and chargers. Just not the extension lead, because it caused quite bad wireless interference and knocked out a VPN on a work laptop.If you put that experience to one side, still a good company, you can mostly trust in regards to their charging and power equipment.

Customer service

Bought about 40 Anker products , normally cables due to reliability. I bought one 3 months ago that had gone faulty (lightning cable), emailed customer support, honouring guarantee and sent me a replacement . Why would I go elsewhere . Apple wouldn’t even do this A*****

Poor customer service

I just received the Anker charger and power chord because it had been recommended by NYTimes.Do not purchase unless your iPhone is a new model, eg. 12.With 7+, it just doesn't do the job.When I called Customer Service to return, the associate suggested seriously that I purchase a new phone to accommodate the Anker charger. Really snarky on the phone.And they make you jump through hoops just to return it. Never again.

Overall a very positive experience

Overall a very positive experience, I purchased the Q20 a little over a year ago, sadly the ear cover ripped in the middle. This is not what I would expect from earphones, they should wear off much better.But on the bright side the team send me a replacement set without any questions asked.

Purchased a charger lead in June 2020

Purchased a charger lead in June 2020, which developed a fault and wouldnt charge.Emailed support and after a couple of email exchanges Anker sent a replacement cable out, no hassle at all.It arrived the next day and worked fine.Didnt need to send faultly one back just cut it and send them a picture.Definitely 5 star customer service, very impressed

Great experience! Highly recommend!

I have to say that was absolutely blown away by the Anker customer service. I ordered 2 items and one of them didn't work properly. Due some family issues I forgot about it and only contacted Anker team after almost a year and they solved the problem right away. But not only solved the problem, they took care of me and made everything so easy. The new item arrived as promised, the email correspondence was always accurate and I didn't feel like dealing with different agents....just super professional experience over all. As I told them, they definitely have a new customer for life.Thank you Anker!

Great products, great service, what's not to love?

First of all, I love Anker products. From their cables to chargers to powerbanks and portable speakers, everything I've ever used from them has been top quality. Funny enough though, it's not their fantastic products that brought me here today to share a review, but their customer service. I contacted them about an issue with my powerbank charger (Anker Power Bank PowerCore III Fusion 5000 PD - best thing ever, go check it out). They didn't waste anytime getting me sorted and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. They even followed up after a few days to make sure my new charger arrived and was working as expected. I'm so happy with them they have my full loyalty.
