I was excited to get my cargo liner. It came rolled up in a box, but straightened out overnight. Looks good! But here are my complaints: it's way thinner than I was expecting! It should be 3 times as thick! The other problem is that it slips around on the carpet! I decided to order some friction tape to stop that. But it's annoying that the company doesn't address that!

I bought a set of floor liners. Unfortunately they don't fit my car. I wrote to WeatherTech and they gave me a refund immediately ! I have 3 years ago bought floor liners from WeatherTech for an other car and they fit perfectly. Great customer service - i can only recommend WeatherTech.

I own an older Acura that's in great condition and I wanted to keep the interior as good as possible. (Car is a 1998) The cheap floor and trunk mats from local big box retailers weren't good. Dirty snow water would leak/drip off the sides of the cheap mats and replacing ancient Acura carpet is expensive. You can only steam clean them so much. So I decided to order from Weathertech. They are near me in Illinois but I ended up ordering online for delivery to my house. The order process was easy and I received prompt order acknowledgment and shipping information. The mats are really nice and the lip on them keeps all the winter slush confined to the mat and not on my car's carpet. I would order again from Weathertech and consider the rather premium cost of the mats worth the investment I made.

I purchased window deflectors one year ago from WeatherTech. We did have some difficulty installing but all in all a good purchase. This morning, I noticed my front passenger side deflector missing. I looked at my work and home parking and could not locate. I called WeatherTech, had my order number and David sent me out a replacement! I am so pleased. It was some of the best noncomplicated customer service I have received in a long time.

** Follow Up **Chris from WeatherTech reached out to me after my post and two weeks later I received my refund. Thanks to Chris and Sandra. The product is still excellent but Cust Svc support could be improved.______________________________________Ordered mats from the Canada site over 5 weeks ago. Emailed them 10 days ago...No Reply. Called them last week, listened to their “we value your business” recording for twenty minutes before the recording said they were working from home and please leave a message, which I did...No Reply. It’s great to have a spiffy website and product videos but if you can’t follow up on Customer Service calls, you lose the trust of the consumer.

For my part, experience was great. I ordered floor mats and cargo liner online, and were delivered to my door 3 days later to my surprise. All fit perfectly on my BMW

Weathertech has never disappointed me. Often times other complaints come from wrong ordering information. I have purchased many products and give them top marks!

I purchased the Weather Tech cargo mat for my 2017 4Runner. It’s been 2 years and I’m disappointed with the product. First the cargo liner always slides about 2” toward the lift hatch pressing against it, even with groceries or golf clubs on it.Second, both corners closet to the lift gate curl up about 3”. To be fair I live in Texas and summers are real hot. Not sure if it’s the heat but they stay curled all year.

I was nervous ordering my BMW Z4 boot liner all the way from the US, and at a higher cost than UK based suppliers, however it arrived within 7-days of placing the order, perfectly well packaged, and of outstanding quality! This was a premium product with a top class service - well done WeatherTech!

Good products but beware Tan is NOT Tan , it is BROWN!!!! Nothing close to the pictures on Weathertech website!So it won't fit well with a Tan interior.
