Used Uber eats today for the first time and was totally impressed with the service. My order was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering by a friendly driver! Hope it stays like this

One of the best takeaway services in Canada

Firstly there is no option on Preferences when ordering from some takeaways, you have to put it in the delivery details and hope they read that, which 8/10 times they don’t. When ordering from such takeaways as kfc, people don’t always like certain cuts of the chicken but aren’t allowed to specify what they want, and when your paying so much extra for that same meal you can get in store that’s not really good. I’m not even sure how that’s allowed but has stopped me on many occasions from ordering. we are asked to tip even tho you are using extortionate delivery fees and service charges, it costs around £5 to order from Asda although your putting extra money on each item. I’m hoping the delivery drivers are getting this money as your losing them their tips. The service is always fast but you have to find that happy medium and I wouldn’t mind tipping and paying the service charge if you weren’t asking silly prices for those products

Every month they give away 50% off vouchers, and every month we are ineligible for them. Annoying when you are paying full price or getting an inferior discount, knowing other people are getting 50% discount vouchers every month.This is how you reward customer loyalty? Either give them to everyone, or give them to no-one, and reduce your prices.

Received everything besides a bottle of water. I went for a toasted sandwich it was still warm enough. Only isuues i had was i payed for priority but was waiting for an hour and it would be helpful if the app asked for house numbers because it was heavely raining and i was having to leave my property and try to direct the driver in my Pajamas so i got soaked as did some of the food.

A couple times where I have made orders and there have been missing or incorrect items, each time I reported this I received a refund on the missing/incorrect item.

Most of my experiences with Ubereats have been fine. Surprised at all the bad reviews!

So after I wrote the first review, below, Ubereats sent me another message and decided to give me a refund and I appreciate that. I wish they had done that initially, but I thank them for doing the right thing now. first experience with Ubereats wasn't a good one so I gave them a chance to correct the problem and all I got was a canned " Gee were so sorry for the experience you had, but next time just be more careful using our piece of crap app as you might be charged for your food, delivery and tip twice". Huh... So that's how you do it.. well I'll never do it again, believe me, if I wanted to pay $60 for Chinese food I'd have gone to a way better restaurant! You're the worst Ubereats

I am actually Uber eats rider been working for Uber eats one month now after I lost my job due to cov19, I delivered over 200 foods already and i always get good rates from my customers.

Very quick delivery service around about 20 minutes.The app isn’t always very clear and the order number (pin) it called on the app could be bigger on the screen when the delivery drivers come to the door.

Never had an issue and very good at keeping up to date
