Uber Coupons Reddit January 2023

Living in Galveston Texas, Uber is the best company to go with! The drivers are always very friendly and safe, as well as punctual. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a ride. They really are a lifesaver in a town with precious little reliable transportation. I will never call a cab company again. The cab companies here are a nightmare!

First driver had strong tree air fresheners. I got sick. He cancelled my trip for me so I wasn’t penalized. Great. Second driver Robert was perfect. Clean car. Good comfortable ride

So our food from the local Burger King arrived cold. As it was a family meal to top off a wonderful Jubilee weekend it left us feeling very disappointed.I reached out to both Burger King and Uber Eats and can honestly say the customer service experience I revieved was exemplary. Both companies immediately took ownership of my issue and quickly took steps to remedy the faults.Credit to both companies, I wad assured that they had taken steps to ensure this type of issue should not occur in future.To sum up, I'm happy to continue to recommend Uber Eats delivery system and Burger King delivery via Uber Eats. 10/10 for sorting out what could have been a complete disaster.

Would have been a 5 star. But I scheduled my pickup for 8:30 last night, got the confirmation pickup would be 8:30 - 8:40 . I got a notification around 8 saying the driver is 4 minutes away!!! Got to work 30 minutes early before anyone else arrived!!! Had to sit outside! George the driver was Great! My 1st Uber ride. Thoroughly disappointed for $25 plus tip, about my scheduled , (obviously ) patronage of Uber. Unbelievable. It was scheduled!

Uber is stupid, to many issues. That’s all I have to say

The ride and driver were fine.What really upset me was the crafty way Uber used my (supposedly) $10 credit. We ordered a ride from the airport to our hotel. It was a short trip that started out costing $12+ prior to discount. We excepted the ride and it said driver would arrive in 8 minutes. Then as we waited Uber cancelled the ride and gave us other options starting at $34. That's just bad practice and was sure not appreciated by me! Sad and cheep Uber!

Great Ser vice but as a passenger you may not be covered in an accident, I contacted insurance company's and they said they can deny claim and force you to sue driver, any commercial service especially passenger required commercial insurance and special coverage for carrying passengers. One day someone will be killed in an accident then who's at pays when insurance does not?
