Cost - cheaper than any other place I looked for a tux or suit rental. Even men’s wear houseTiming - I ordered 2 weeks before leaving for a destination wedding and not only got my suit early, I was even able to get another suit that fit better before my event. Sizing - sizing was almost spot on but the thighs were a little tight. Which wasn’t a problem because I contacted them the day I received the suit and they shipped me a size that fit perfectly. Quality - the quality was great. Didn’t look or feel cheap and it worked great for a black tie event. The material was flexible and not too hot. Return - couldn’t have been any easier. I just put everything back in the box it came in and peeled off the shipping label that’s directly on the box to reveal the return label then dropped it off at a Fed Ex. Seriously one of the best experiences! Will be using them for all future events and recommending them to others.

Great suit and fit perfectly. Having never rented a tux from this company before, I was a little hesitant ordering online. However, the tux was sharp and looked amazing. Considering for weddings I normally have to take time out of my way to get measured for a suit that rarely ever looks complementary, it was refreshing when I tried this suit on for the first time. This company is a godsend.

Loved the Tux so much I wound up buying it. I used a Nordstrom brand long sleeve button down as my point of reference for sizing. Fit like a glove. Only thing I would recommend was the bow ties were over fluffy. I would have preferred a slim straight bow tie. However I wound up with a rental that is now a keeper. Pretty cool. Heads up I had the sleeve taken in a 1/2 inch at Nordstrom and they comped the augmentation. Overall solid experience super easy to work with.

I was honestly reluctant to rent my tux online for a very important wedding. But I will say I’m glad I did. Definitely will be renting/buying from The Black Tux again. As long as you have a basic idea of your sizes and what fits, this will work. Customer service was great. The suit was great. I had to have the sleeves taken in a bit but the awesome part is that The Black Tux lets you take your tux to a local tailor and get it hemmed. AND they refund you $15 for your tailoring cost (as long as you specify to the tailor NOT to cut any fabric). So overall I’m extremely happy with the service and their site. Don’t hesitate. Rent/buy today.
