Sezane Coupons Reddit January 2022

Ordered for the first time, alas parcel came and had been opened and tissue paper/sticker damaged - looked like someone had opened for a nosey - resealed - but not by customs. Query raised with Sezane (whatsapp) - apology and a £15 credit - for something that was beyond their control. Lovely service & quickly resolved.

I've made a few purchases and I often have trouble downloading returns label if I have to return an item. Sezane customer service always reply to me so quickly, kindly, and are so helpful. I've never had any problem with refunds. I find they process everything very fast and very carefully - my items always arrive beautifully packed and presented. Really delightful customer service staff. I am surprised by the complaints because I've only ever had great experiences with Sezane. I wish all my online purchases were this easy and with such care. And I wish all my clothes were of such exceptional quality and beauty! My only complaint is I didn't discover Sezane sooner

I’m not sure how/why other people are having customer service issues. I emailed to ask a question about my order and got a friendly response the same day. Order arrived much faster than expected delivery time. I’m beyond happy with the products and the service I got. They now have a loyal customer for life!

I placed my first order with Sézane recently and only checked Trustpilot afterward. I was horrified to read other reviews which made me really nervous about my order. I thought I'd share my experience in case others are reading this is the same position! Ordering was super easy. My package arrived in a reasonable amount of time, DHL were super communicative, and there were no surprise fees despite Brexit. The clothes were beautifully packaged and Sézane even sent me a couple of complimentary wash bags! The clothes were all incredible quality in both look and feel. I did, unfortunately, have to make a return (for sizing reasons), but was able to drop this off to my local Collect+ point. The return did take a little while, and I didn't receive a "we've recieved/processed your return" E-mail so I had to get in touch with Sézane (which is why I've given 4* rather than 5*) - but they replied and refunded me in under 24hrs. Honestly, it was nowhere near the horror show I was anticipating and I would (and will) definitely buy from them again in the future :) Thanks Sézane!

I bought 3 blouses from Sezane and they arrived about 6 days later (Denmark). I am very pleased with the quality! Both the fit and size are perfect, and the blouses are exactly as in the photos. Would highly recommend.

I'm a US customer and I love their vibe and the pieces I've ordered. I did have one order go missing in Memphis, I think this may have been a Fedex issue because it did say it was going to deliver on a certain date then it went missing. Anyways, I was refunded very quickly. I have had no return issues as other reviewers have stated and I have returned 3 boxes. I am giving 4 stars now because for the past 3 days I have not been able to place an order with them. They have an IT issue with pricing and it has yet to be resolved. Not sure what's taking so long and with this specific issue, customer service is taking a long time to get back to me. I am also noticing a lot of their newer pieces are being made in China and a lot more polyester which is not sustainable and is actually a very toxic fabric. So it seems their once quaint story is coming to an end. Very sad to see when a beautiful company like this gets so popular and they don't sustain their initial mission. I think they are choosing to make more fast money vs continuing the legacy of high quality goods. Hope they go back to their roots as that's what people fell in love with.

I have a mixed experience with Sezane. I have to admit that their clothes are pretty and most of them are of good quality. In the past 6 months I had no hassles on my delivery and return and usually the client services either via email or via whatsapp were quickly responsive and helpful, until now I have two of my return parcels lost by Collect plus. As suggested by Collect plus/Yodal, Sezane needs to contact their client service to claim the lost parcels therefore I sent one email and a few whatsapp messages to Sezane customer service but no constructive follow ups on this issue within 24 hours. The longer the response delayed, the less likely the issue could be solved quickly. I am a bit disappointed now as I read a few negative feedbacks regarding the return issues on UK Sezane Facebook but I never thought this could happen to me. I still want to invest your cloths but now I am hesitating.

Editing my review as whilst the returns process is very slow, I did eventually get my money back. That aside, the experience using Sezane was great, beautifully packaged and scented, the clothes quality is excellent especially at the price point. Worth spending that bit more for clothes that feel built to last.

I don't understand why sézane gets so many negative reviews - the quality of their clothes is absolutely sublime. I messed up with the address on my first order so it didn't arrive, but sézane always got back to my emails in a helpful and timely manner. My second order arrived within a week - I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Over the past couple years I have purchase multiple times from Sezane. Packaging is always lovely. All in all quality clothes and pretty designs. Although I'd be mindful of the fabric info and try only stick to natural materials. Now the tricky part is the opaque and troublesome return process, for customers in Hong Kong such as myself at least. In several orders in the past I had wanted to return items due to sizing issues. But eventually chose to hold on to the items due to no free return from HK. DHL/UPS cost at least >50USD. Not worth it. For my latest order, I wanted to change the size of one of the items before it's shipped. But it's been past 1hr after placing the order so I was told not possible, but that 'returns from HK are free', and was advise I place a new order. A few days later I request a free return label after package arrived. Told returns aren't free....fortunately I haven't place the 2nd order yet otherwise I'd end up with two similar items, diff sizes. Again, I'd have to keep the wrong size piece and have it altered. Moral of the story, ordering from Sezane if you're in areas w/o free return is practically like a gamble every time.

Really lovely customer service!I'm based in the UK and ordered a couple of items from Sézane in January of this year. I was actually a little worried given the reviews here re returns but it all went well and I still love the pieces I bought. (I also ended up returning some items that didn't fit and got my money back in good time!)However, in June I got a letter saying I was overdue on paying duties for the things that I bought and was told to cough up £55 in fees for clothes I'd been wearing since Jan - it was a pretty nasty shock!It turned out that it was due to confusion around Brexit - The same thing happened to my sister who bought items at another EU-based shop around the same time. I mention this to compare our experiences: we both emailed the respective company's customer reps team but while she was eventually told "it's not our problem" (in so many words), when I emailed the Sézane team, they responded quickly and reimbursed me the full amount (after I provided documentation to prove I paid).This was such a good move on Sézane's part as I have spent a lot more than £55 on their pieces since then and will continue to do so in the future I'm sure!BIG thank you to "Karoline M." who handled the whole thing and was genuinely lovely.Many thanks from a happy customer :)

Have previously posted a negative review relating to returns process which has been bad. I made another purchase recently and needed to return some items and this time the experience was much, much better. Thank you Sezane

Fantastic experience. Online ordering was easy. I spent £205 and qualified for free delivery to the UK and all customs duties/taxes included so no nasty surprises at the door with DHL. Super speedy delivery. And the clothes are fabulous. Beautifully packaged, great materials, sizing spot on (followed their sizing guide and written advice per garment on website). The artemis belt is amazing. Even got a cute free gift of 2 sweet zip up bags which would be good for make up. It's not the cheapest but you really get what you pay for and will shop there again.

I received my package to discover that they sent me a completely different item from what I ordered that did not even exist at their onine shop! I requested the replacement of the item I received, the customer service was a bit slow, but luckily I received the correct item 3 business days later and it was just perfect!
