Just awesome!!

So this was a Christmas present for me from my fiance as my current work/gaming chair, well I took his LOL. The delivery was very fast, he actually thought it would take longer to arrive, but I'm not mad. It was packaged so well I was taken back by how serious this chair looked and the assembly was SO EASY! I've never built a chair that easily before. The chair is so comfortable and so sturdy! I'm so thrilled, I've been wanting this chair for a while. I absolutely love it!

I recently purchased myself the Dark Knight edition of the Omega chair from Secret Lab and I was impressed on how quickly it arrived at my house. I saw they were doing their sale again and I'd been eyeballing the chair since it first came out because I love Batman and have everything Batman. I ordered my chair Wednesday evening and it arrived Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting this because the website said that due to delays I should allow a few weeks for delivery. The surprise arrival literally made my day.I hurried up and assembled the chair quickly. I'll admit that in my excitement over receiving it that I didn't initially look at the instructions except the parts that stated not to touch the recline lever prior to assembling the back to the seat securely. After doing that I read/followed the instructions. I was overall impressed with the packaging and the company's thought in providing the exact tools needed to assemble the chair. Assembly was fairly easy. I did have a little trouble sliding the one side into the slot and getting the holes lined up, but it just took a couple of tries and I had it.I didn't get to sit in my new chair very long before I had to head to work and after work I had to jump on a plane to Florida for vacation. From my little time sitting in the chair (without the pillows that were provided) I can say that the chair was very firm. It was not uncomfortable to me, though. My previous chair was very soft, had no support, and made sitting/gaming/streaming for hours very uncomfortable for me. Even taking a 10-15 min break made little difference for me. With the pillows it felt a little weird and that's probably because I've never had a chair with any lumbar support other than my car seat so it will take some time to get used to. I have confidence that after sitting in the chair a while I'll love it. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet for more than a few mins. I can say that after reading other reviews I didn't smell any chemical smell and my chair was not wet (thank God because I'd be very upset about this). If customer service is really as bad as those people experienced I hope to never experience this. Secret Lab tweeted me after I tweeted a picture of my chair with how excited I was about putting it together and receiving it so fast the other day. I've never written a fake review and I never plan to. This is as detailed as I can be because I haven't used it for hours yet, only minutes. I will, however, tweet loudly if there's something with my chair or customer service if I have to speak with them and they are very helpful.

Secret lab by far has the best gaming chair I have ever used. I used to own a dx raxer and that thing started to peel and sink after 6 months. I have had my KDA all out chair since January and can say I would buy it again and again. It's comfy. The back rest is built in. And the arms move perfectly depending on your play style! Fantastic product!

The chair is nice and sturdy chair that is very comfy. One of the best things was how fast they shipped me the chair. Wasn't expecting the chair for at least a week ans got it two days later... def worth the money.
