I ordered bib shorts, they were expensive, but i know Rapha has a reputation for being the very best. when they arrived they had a bad pull, and when i messaged them they offered no replacement. since complaining about their curt poor response, they have now returned them, took quite some time to get the new replacement shorts, but they have just arrived. Put customers first and you wouldn't have a bad review in the first place

Great Customer Service

Great Customer ServiceI ordered a jersey from Rapha and after some waiting it was finally marked delivered but was no where to be found! After trying in vain to contact FedEx, I called Rapha and they immediately said no problem and sent me a replacement jersey with expedited shipping. It went from being a stressful experience to a very easy one! Would definitely purchase from them again.

Still not shipped 21 days after order.

Placed my first order with Rapha 21 days ago then received a notification 4 days later that the items were shipped. In reality, only the label was created and the package is still sitting at their warehouse. The tracking link was not working as they used the UK website of the carrier. I reached out to customer service several times and received contradictory explanations as to why I was not receiving my package (“delayed in transit”, then “will be picked up from our warehouse by DPD tomorrow but delivered within the 5-7 working days lead time” then “was already picked up but DPD takes 3 days after pickup to scan packages”). Very frustrating as work in shipping and know the package is still sitting at their warehouse and that DPD scans their package as soon as they get them (the tracking can take up to 24h to update). I’d rather hear that my package will only be shipped in 2 weeks and plan around it but I don’t appreciate the lack of honesty and transparency. I don’t think I’ll order again.Edit: my order has still not been delivered (or shipped for that matter). Rapha told me it was the courrier’s fault as they had issue with the pallet on which my package is. However, my boyfriend ordered a week after I did and encounters exactly the same issue so the issue is definitely with Rapha. We are stunned…Edit2: adding two stars from initial reviews as we were able to work on a partial solutions with the customer service which has been able to help us. We also got good support from the staff at the Copenhagen store. Satisfied with the quality of the products so hopefully they can fix their shipping issues soon.

Customer Service Issue Resolved Quickly

Recently bought 5 items from the Rapha website and only received 4 of them. Contacted customer service and explained the issue, was asked to send a photo of the packing list which I did. Confirmation back the same day that the missing item would be sent and have just received it.Quick follow-up and professional friendly service. Very impressed.

Rapha helped making my cycling experience a fantastic one

Started cycling four years ago and wanted apparel that would help me making my rides as comfortable as possible, without all the screaming colors and patterns that scream here comes yet another mamil from miles away! I stumbled over Rapha and while the price tag admittedly is steep, I am not dissapointed at all. What surprises me is all the bad reviews? Where are they coming from? I recognize neither the complaints about quality nor the issues with customer service! I have by now everything from Rapha - their core line, prof line, shoes, kit for road bike, kit for mountainbike, and after many washes the colors are still perfect and the fit and comfort beyond what you could expect. It is so easy to build up a kit that can do a bit of everything - hot or cold, rain or wind - with rapha you can build the layers that keep you riding comfortably. I’ve been a member of the club in Copenhagen and joined a couple of ride outs: awesome staff, helpful also towards rookies like myself. Customer service is beyond awesome. I bought a pair of RCC’s bib shorts end 2018. Unfortunately- the elastic on the front can loose - first time I experience issues with any of their products! Yes, I had to take pictures of the garment and send them - no big deal. I bought them on sale with a 40% discount yet today I got a mail from their customer service with a voucher for the full amount BEFORE discount to order a new pair of shorts. I honestly don’t get the bad reviews. I have nothing but praise.

Great quality products and good service!

I love Rapha's products! It's good quality. I purchased some base layer shirts from them 5 years ago still using it. So, last week I decided to get me some new garments with the upcoming cycling holiday. While purchasing online I had a few questions about sizes, for which I got a quick and satisfactory response through the chat function. My order was delivered as indicated. No complaints. Really chuffed with my outfit!

Product falling apart and bad customer service.

Update: having finally gotten to a resolution I felt the solution offered was fair and I am now happy. Rapha - please adjust your customer care so your customers who pay a lot of money to support your brand aren’t passed around to different advisors waiting weeks for responses. Bought 3 pairs of core bib shorts. They have all started falling apart between the 15-20 ride mark which is ludicrous. Having owned bibs by dhb, craft etc which have lasted 6+ years with no issue this is ridiculous. Customer support have said they think it’s a saddle bag rubbing them, I don’t even have a saddle bag!? But thanks for the speculation. Also replies are taking over a week, I just want this resolved not dragging on. Interesting to see they are reporting some reviews but choosing not to reply to any... also people left waiting for refunds doesn’t bode well... stick with a brand that hasn’t sold out for cheap Chinese manufacture and save yourself some hassle.PS you seem to just get randomly passed around to different members of staff around the world. None of whom want to stick with it for over one email. How is this service from a ‘premium’ brand.

Amazing products, processes & support

I was a loyal Vermarc customer but more quality issues are appearing in their products so I gave Rapha a try. I was very pleased with the experience. Excellent quality products, services and shipment. The return process is seamless and free (Ireland). In comparison to any other brand this is a great advantage.

I was very hesitant buying Rapha BUT then...

I was very hesitant buying Rapha, mainly because I thought it was too fashionable for me! I just tried first time last week (Dec 2019). Great experience:- website was great- product is great- BUT I got the wrong size.So I phoned the Spitalfield shop to ask them if instead of returning it to the head office, I could come in and changes sizes. Spoke to lady called Ilma who was totally superb. Told me it was fine, checked she had stock, sorted everything out, emailed me the receipt and even nearly sold me lots of other great deals there.Very impressed, both with the shop and the website and particularly the service from Ilma.Thank you!

I've ordered online . The product is always excellent and there was one return handled professionally well. If something is not in stock , they have no idea when the restock will occur, if ever. Such as with pink, road cycling shoes that I wanted for a friend. Yet, if it shows in stock, you'll receive it in a timely fashion, it will meet the description perfectly and you'll love it. Use their measurement guide, you can count on it. Lastly, if their gloves seem tight at first, give them some time to break in, they will fit really well.
