Done with is company. They charge a delivery fee and a service fee! Way to expensive, and the customer service is horrible. Watch out for fees!!!!

Ok I'm reading all the negative reviews and this is my side as a driver. Most of us do try to get you guys your food in timely fashion. However, if the traffic is horrible or parking is nowhere to be found, especially in malls, it can take time. Most of us do the best we can. We get paid per delivery, so trust me we try to finish each one as quickly as possible. A lot of times we have to circle a few times to even find a parking space, and we usually end up having to park in tow zones and risk getting tickets or our car towed to get the food quickly. If your order is wrong, that's an issue to take up with the RESTAURANT. We can't legally search through your food. If it says 3 items and we see there's 3 items in the bag, we can't open the bag if it's sealed and we definitely can't open each individual item and look through the food. It's illegal and it's unsanitary. If the order is wrong, contact the restaurant you ordered from. Don't blame the courier, unless the courier placed the order themselves, and even still, the restaurant can still screw up, and we won't know because we can't go through your food.

I'm not sure what city of the other people live in, but over here in the South Postmates is good. Every time we've had a delivery ordered it always comes within the hour expected.

I work as a delivery driver for postmates and in their policy we as drivers do not and are not required to deliver the food all the way to your doorstep because at times the customer could have an aggressive pet/dog that could put us in danger or at risk of getting hurt. Most people don’t even tip anymore and still expect us to take it to their doorstep. If I text y’all saying I’m outside with your food, I set a timer of five minutes on the app and if you don’t reply or come out I’m leaving with your food and money. I do not have to go looking for you unless you set specific instructions for me to go deliver it to your doorstep, that’s why postmates has an instructions section for you to tell the driver. Y’all complaining that your driver takes long but don’t realize that there’s actually lines of people at restaurants and then there’s traffic and we also have to wait for the food to be prepared, and also having to look for your address. If y’all gonna keep complaining stop being so lazy and go cook your damn self some food. At times we even get 3-5 deliveries at once, the fact that I wait for five minutes or have to go look for you is absurd, I could just leave with your food the moment I arrive but I don’t. If you do not come out when I text/call or knock on your door I have the right to leave with the food I do not have to wait more than five minutes for you, I have other orders that I have to take care of.

After seeing these reviews, 3 stars sounds insane of a rating. Me and my wife ordered Cookout. Surprisingly food was still very hot and arrived within 30 minutes. Only thing that I’m criticizing is customer service. PM driver called me and said that a junior tray doesn’t come with 2 sides, but that’s what the menu on the app says. Wading missing food and paid more. Promo code didn’t apply either.

I wanted to have a nice meal and ordered through Postmates, expecting to feed my family for my Birthday and most of the order was missing! I received an email from Postmates and they said I had the refund coming and attached the receipt, but still NO refund of the full amount, only $11 of it. I have called to take care of it 3 times and now they are starting to hang up on me. I will NEVER use Postmates again! The worst customer service Tawny G. and driver Garry with Black Hyandia. No Bueno!Update: After 8 days of calling and trying to resolve this issue, the company finally made it right. Don't give up, the squeeky wheel gets the grease! Yay!

Although I have not recieved my food occasionally due to no fault of postmates itself I was refunded my money. The only down side is it takes 3-5 business days to go back into your account. It's a great way to earn some extra cash. My girl friend signed up and I went on a few deliveries. Hopefully they accept my application I made a mistake previously and do not think I should be exempt from postmates. They should do formal interviews, which should set them apart from the competition.

Has anyone tried contacting the Better Business Bureau? ... These reviews have me shook. I looked up reviews on Postmates’ customer service, hoping to see good reviews (wishful thinking) and maybe a few not so good ones. Sheesh! I did not realize how many customers have experienced such awful service. I was just refused a refund/credit b/c of my account history and am inquiring why, since it was the restaurant’s fault. Who btw, has said that they will look into contacting Postmates or trying to provide me w/ a refund, given that it was their mistake. I ordered a lot of grilled fish tacos, and was given shrimp instead - which I am allergic to. This has happened often from this restaurant (each time a refund/credit was provided), and the restaurant just notified me that it is the kitchen and basically a language barrier. I have no issue w/ the restaurant and never have an issue when dining in. I even asked the restaurant how can I ensure that this does not continue happening re. any future orders; perhaps calling the restaurant to make sure that it is grilled fish after ordering, and provide instructions in English and Spanish? The restaurant confirmed that this would be most helpful, was very apologetic and thanked me for understanding. Under the circumstances, I am beginning to question Postmates better business practices, which is why I opted to look up reviews.
