I bought a jacket that was faulty from a shop selling Patagonia in Italy, it fell apart after a couple of months. I contacted Patagonia in Ireland, walked into their shop in Dublin and they swapped it out no problems. I wasnt expecting the level of Customer Service I received, we didnt have a receipt just could show through online banking the purchase. I would 100% recommend Patagonia just on how they dealt with the flaking jacket. The guys working in the shop couldnt have been nicer or more helpful.

Really good experience with Patagonia, super fast delivery (I just paid for standard delivery). Order arrived two days after I placed it, and the quality of their stuff is always high. Never bought online from them before, but would definitely do so again.

If you've ever gone from a Patagonia jacket that you once loved to wear and practically lived in, to the current women's Nano Puff Jacket, you may find yourself disappointed! I purchased a W's Nano Puff Hoodie this year. Wearing this jacket feels like a big downgrade from it's predecessor. The most annoying features to this jacket are the cuffs and the collar. Since I often work and play in my Patagonia jacket, pulling up the cuffs is often desirable and necessary. The cuffs are restricting, with no adjustment or stretch. The collar is also small and restricting around the chin, with very little reinforcement, roominess, or padding in the material causing the zipper to curve inward and rube up against the chin when pulled all the way up. Taking into consideration the features that make this jacket packable and feathery light, my choice would still be to purchase a jacket with added comfort and practicality, even if it means adding a little more weight to this jacket. The material also feels way too thin and delicate compared to it's predecessor, which truly stood up to all conditions and uses. At best, this jacket is a layering piece on the mountain, a sissy version of what once was real outdoor wear of good quality. In my opinion, this jacket is best used as a layering piece in cold weather with a shell or just down town on a chilly night...maybe?

Long story short, I took a scissors to my package and totally destroyed and expensive parka. Completely my fault. I immediately brought it into Patagonia not knowing what to do and without hesitation they offered to either refund me or order a new one, no extra charge. Now THIS is customer service. I will forever be a Patagonia customer.

This site is legit, the products seem to be good quality on first inspection and the service was speedy and efficient.

Best customer service I have ever received in my life. Replaced a very expensive jacket for free. Unbelievable.
