Food is decent but overpriced for the portion

Their food is delicious! But don’t bother until they get better organized. We ordered online on their website and paid for delivery. Our food never came.We did get a refund.

I usually go to Panera on 137 AVE and 88th ST... I must say the manager that day David is the perfect fit for a place as busy as that one. Not only was the food ready in a quickly manner but he was also kind and listen to understand our request. I asked to speak to him cause I wanted to make a change in my kids order. I recomend this place and for you to see David if you have any questions. The cashier made a small error in my order and David noticed I had 2 kids and gave them a cookie each for the trouble but is no the cookie what made me write this review but how professional, courteous and kind he was. Definitely an asset for this organization. I hope they appreciate him cause he is setting the bar high when it comes to customer service. Thank you David and keep up the great job.

When Panera Bread first came to Bossier I was so excited and everything that we ordered was delicious. I do not know what has happened but the last couple loaves of raisin bread that we bought have not been anything to brag about. The cinnamon is just shaken in the loaf instead of using a spread (possibly with butter) and you feel like you are getting powder in your mouth...yuck! This morning my husband went to pick up bagels for breakfast and they were flat...just warmed not toasted...and had very little taste. I sure hope this improves because we HAD always enjoyed Panera Bread.

I received Excellent customer service and a lovely smile with my order. She even went above and beyond. Her name is Kenyai in Columbia SC; on Forest Dr. I would like her service again on my next visit.

Honestly I really like Panera... In my experiences the food has been delicious! There food is very good.But I cant say the same about the service. The past 3 times I have had them deliver, they have screwed up my order! They either forget an item or add extra items/toppings. I wish they would pay more attention to their order.

Too bad one can't give 0 stars. "Customer Care" is atrocious. Received an email stating my account was locked after several bad login attempts - that was me forgetting my password. I went to the site and requested a password reset, no email. Nothing even in my spam folder. Website states Customer Care hours are 5a-10p CST. Called at 6:00a CST only to get message they open at 8:00a CST (update your site regarding hours!). In the meantime, again requested password reset and still no email. Called "Customer Care" at 12:37p CST and hung up after being on for 49m 48s (I checked my call log). Called back at 5:39p CST only to get message they closed at 5:00p CST. So again requested password reset and STILL no reset email. All-in-all I called 3time, requested password reset email 5 times and STILL no resolution. I do understand that CoVid-19 has hit companies hard, but this type of "Customer Care" is NOT ACCEPTABLE under any circumstance.Update:As a last resort, I sent a message on FaceBook on 21-Aug and got a response back 2.5 hours - REALLY??! Going through what I though what I thought were the proper channels would be quick. Going through social media was "speedy" compared to online Customer Care. I really appreciated the speedy responsiveness from whomever was monitoring FB posts but maybe Panera should take that same approach (if possible) with their Customer Care department.

My experience with Panera Bread has always been great. I have visit plenty of stores and I have recently been going to the one near me in Lakewood Colorado #2446Their service is excellent and this place is always very busy, they are clearly doing something right. Bravo!

It doesn't matter what day or what time it is, every time I walk into Panera for lunch or dinner, I get the best customer service and the best meal possible! I love, love Panera!
