I am giving you 5 stars because I don't want Panda Express to loose the chain over my adverse comment,,,, The issue number one: your food "portions" are greatly small, too too small in all locations, they are definitely a short change to your customer's opinion and your lose of future come back business, as you must know, food cost is not significantly excessive when it comes to Chinese Food ingredients as it is commonly a known fact in the industry, that is definitely the core of most complains that transpires into other related issues on your reviews,,,,,I have had similar issues with my orders at Panda Express in the two locations near 9136 over the last several months and neither times the managers did anything to solve the issue, they stand like a goat and don't do a damn thing, they represent the company, only for Panda Express to appear as a CHEASP SHOT food operation, that even the employees on the floor appear as they are stringently stressed under a communist system with no power of fixing customer issues on their own,,,,, I am an experienced and worldly man,,, you guys need to shape up your frugal behavior or you will dilapidate over time, you have my word ,,,,, profit is not cutting down on customer's food portion, and stressing employees to act wearied because you have chosen to turtler everyone by unduly handling your customer base with this exotic mindset

I ordered a delivery last night and it arrived in less than 20 minutes. The man delivering was full of smiles, friendly and very professional. My meal was not HOT but it was perfect for eating right away. The portion sizes were HUGE. The food was so yummy. There was extra condiments put in the tightly sealed bag food came in. I was VERY pleased. It was a great experience and I will do it again. *** NO COMPLAINTS***

Panda Express is Cherry Hill, NJ is awesome. Food taste delicious however service can get better.

COVID must have really hit hard at Panda Expess, I ordered a meal and got a fortune cookie without a fortune, twice in 2 consecutive days. I guess it's their way of saying, were going broke..make your own fortunes from now on.

The best customer service I received at Panda Express Sky Harbor. An employee by the name of Q or Jauquien was amazing. I saw him treat each customer with so much respect. He was working as thought he owns the place. All the employees were working hard and keeping place beautiful. Great place. Happy to recommend.

The worst food we ever ate, usually we can get 2 meals out of it but instead we threw it away

This is my daughters favorite restaurant so I really can’t have too much bad to say. I would recommend that they stop serving cold food as much to clients. I didn’t have a great experience my last time but I will still give you all four stars.

Loving this place in Palatine, IL (1171 E Dundee Rd)Especially you should try kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp! Too bad they don't serve those dragon firecracker things... Hot, but tasty!
