I ordered two t-shirts from GameStop.com back in June. They shipped in less than 48 hrs and arrived 5 days after I ordered. And I live in the middle of nowhere. Even Amazon 2-day takes 4 days to get to me. Seriously impressive. The shirts fit great, excellent quality. Their customer service emails are nice, too - checking in to make sure I got my package, etc. Frankly, it was a much more enjoyable experience than Amazon all-around. Their website has a lot of cool stuff. I’ll definitely be Christmas shopping there.

Gamestop is just an incredible game shop and they do not just games you're looking for they can order it home ...

It’s been a long time since I shopped at GameStop but I recently needed a new controller for my switch. GameStop was the closest store I could find so I went in to pick one up. Boy was I surprised. Customer service was incredibly helpful. The store was immaculate. They had everything I needed in stock and were super helpful. I didn’t feel pressed to buy an extended warrant. All around a very pleasant experience!

I can’t believe how amazing the manager Jeremy was today in Sycamore, Illinois. Our son dropped his gift card, someone picked it up and used it and this guy stayed passed the end of his shift to leave to get us the money back I have never had a store do that for us. We were in Illinois visiting from Kansas. Amazing customer service. We are forever grateful and appreciative for his effort. So patient and helpful. Thank you so much. We will never shop anywhere else for games now.

The stores in Waterbury, CT, are awesome and so are their staff members, helpful and friendly with insightful information about all things....slight exaggeration....but seriously....most things electronic and video game knowledge according to what they knew that I liked and didn't. Guess they should be the "Global standard" by what I'm seeing from the other raters of this site. (:

I visited GameStop Selma, CA location on Friday, March 18, 2022. The two gentlemen working provided outstanding customer service. They greeted each customer upon arrival and approached them to offer assistance. They had great energy, were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a couple of used throwback games for my switch and a Roblex toy for my grandson. One of the associates helped us find one of the games we were looking for. I also updated my PowerUp Rewards to Pro Member. It was a great deal, and I love the company! Since they didn’t have the GameStop hoodie in stock, I came home and ordered it on the GameStop app. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Gamestop has been an "on again, off again" love hate relationship. From it's early days they have been notorious for under cutting unknowing shoppers and game traders for the products that are traded in with them all to make a large buck on the trend of retro sales surged by older nostalgic gamers such as myself. The website is fairly well built and in most cases it's easy to find what you are looking for and drop a pre-order for a game. What little interactions I have had with the companies customer service has been mostly positive. The actual stores could use more upkeep as strewn about merchandise is a common element of poor shop-keeping at their locations. Some staff have belittled me in the past about the types of games I play or pre-order or tell me I could do better, while others are enthusiastic about particular games. It's wonderful to have an opinion and get an opinion when you ask and have a knowledgeable gamer (or one who admits they don't know the genre/series) but other times when you don't ask, I really don't want it.

Visited GameStop on a trip to Ireland. Very kind and helpful sales staff. Would definitely return again!
